This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. The low-impact, whole body group fitness workout that uses tubes and body weight to boost fitness and core strength. PiYo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! A cardio-based total body conditioning workout that pushes your limits. With explosive cardio, plyometrics drills, strength intervals as well as intense core and ab training, you’ll work at your own level. This age-old practice consists of poses and breathing techniques that create physical strength and stamina, while improving balance and flexibility. A fast-paced class with flowing postures that will get you moving, breathing, and sweating. Focus is placed on strengthening muscles along with proper body alignment. Balancing poses, core work, and stretching postures are explored in the last half of class. The yoga, tai chi, & Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic cardiovascular workout that will blow you away! With older children we do circle time , sing some songs, read a book and after that can be a variety of different activities which may be a walk, a craft, free play.
