Coloring is not just for kids anymore -come color with us! Free! We promise you don’t have to stay inside the lines at our new Color Me Happy social group. Take a break and relax with friends. We’ll provide the coloring books and supplies, you supply the imagination. Feel free to bring your own lunch. This is a drop-in activity. No registration required, stay for the entire time, or drop in for a portion of the time to enjoy some relaxing coloring.

Group Fitness Class Descriptions Please Visit NavyMWRBethesda.com for a complete Group Fitness Class Schedule The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. The low-impact, whole body group fitness workout that uses tubes and body weight to boost fitness and core strength. PiYo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! A cardio-based total body conditioning workout that pushes your limits. With explosive cardio, plyometrics drills, strength intervals as well as intense core and ab training, you’ll work at your own level. This age-old practice consists of poses and breathing techniques that create physical strength and stamina, while improving balance and flexibility. A fast-paced class with flowing postures that will get you moving, breathing, and sweating. Focus is placed on strengthening muscles along with proper body alignment. Balancing poses, core work, and stretching postures are explored in the last half of class. The yoga, tai chi, & Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic cardiovascular workout that will blow you away! An invigorating workout on our state-of-the-art bikes will leave you breathless. Focusing on proper posture on the bike and emphasizing sound riding technique, you’ll be sure to enjoy your ride. NOFFS is a system created to help the demands of the sailor using pushing, pulling, carrying and lifting movements. Well rounded class including strength, endurance and mobility components. This class will also help meet the physical demands to complete your PRT or APFT. This program hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. This class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief Deep and Shallow water combo class. This class provides an excellent cross-training experience who want to improve their physical endurance and tone their body through interval and strength training methods.
