For several years we have been measuring the impact we make as a corporate citizen across our footprint and each year we look forward to sharing these positive impacts in our annual Corporate Social Responsibility report.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
At Centennial Bank, we maintain a robust corporate governance framework. This framework is approved and monitored at the highest level by the Bank’s Board of Directors to ensure our company is managed for the long-term benefit of our shareholders.
The Board is comprised of both independent, outside directors as well as internal directors. Our directors posses a variety of skills, knowledge, and experience stemming from their diverse backgrounds and unique perspective on our business.
The Board is ultimately responsible for our adherence to both federal and state laws and regulations. In fulfilling it’s duties the Board has established committees of the Board, as well as management level committees to monitor day to day activities relating to overall compliance.

AFFINITY LOAN PROGRAM
Affinity Loan Program provides a lender credit to those employed in fields related to education, emergency medical services, firefighting, law enforcement and nursing for their primary home purchase or refinancing.

COMMUNITY LOAN AND DEPOSIT SERVICES
● We established a program in 2021 to create a documented process to allow us to communicate more effectively to Spanish-speaking customers in our market areas.
● We are a bronze sponsor of the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America.
● Through our recent acquisition of Happy State Bank, we offer our Kids Bank Program, which provides children the opportunity to learn how to manage money and develop skills to grow their funds throughout every phase of life with employees that serve as an additional resource related to this program to help educate children and families on financial literacy.
In-House Loan Products
The Dream Loan Program and Happy Home Buyer are programs that provide loan options to those who would otherwise not qualify for a mortgage, with 100% financing to first time homebuyers.

VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT
In 2023, Frank amassed 258 CRA Community Service hours. Frank is celebrated for his volunteer work with United Way of Hernando County’s VITA program where he volunteered 199 hours assisting elderly individuals within his community with tax preparation.

Within these various organizations, Frank sits on several boards where he prepares and assists with financials for the organization, as well as teaching first time homebuyer courses for members within his community.
