Increase you and your family’s daily exercise by walking briskly or cycling for short journeys!


Summer is the time to enjoy picnics & fruits! Start by filling your diet with fresh fruit and vegetables on a daily basis – aim to achieve the recommended five portions every day.


Try to avoid stocking up on crisps, salty snacks and sugary cakes.


Experts recommend drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day (1.5 – 2 liters). Slipping a glass of water before or with a meal can also reduce the appetite.


Remember a small commitment to exercise on a regular basis is better than no commitment at all.
