All Bobino packaging is peggable, maximizing flexibility for placement at impulse areas near cashiers, on aisles, end caps or floor displays. Bobino packaging was designed to be very effective in communicating the use of each product.

BOBINO USA POLICIES ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Opening orders are $200.00 wholesale.
In order to expedite opening orders, we ask first-time Bobino customers to prepay using a valid credit card. Cards will not be charged until order is shipped. New customers receive free shipping on their first order. Reorder minimum is $150.00. All items are non-returnable unless received damaged or mis-shipped. (see Claims.) Bobino accepts Visa and Mastercard. To apply for N30 terms, please include 3 credit references with fax numbers along with your order. Upon approval, N30 terms will be applied on subsequent reorders. *applies to all new and existing customers who purchased Bobino through Kikkerland. ALL customers must provide a credit card to be kept on file, regardless of pre-paid, N30, etc. If N30 terms are not met, and invoice becomes past due, the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount and status changed to pre-paid. Accounts with any outstanding balance will have pending orders put ON HOLD. Orders will be shipped once balance is paid in full. A $25.00 fee for will be charged on all returned checks.
SHIPPING Our products ship FOB Dallas, TX. Customers pay shipping on all orders except new customers, filled display
backorders unless originated from free shipping order. Multiple backorders for the same customer will be combined into one shipment. Backorders totaling fewer than $36.00 customers will be notified and items added or order cancelled. Cancellation of backorders on initial display orders is not permitted.
CLAIMS
All claims due to incorrect pricing on an invoice, damaged product, shortages and/ or mis-shipments must be reported to Customer Service within 45 days of invoice date. Returns of damaged or mis-shipped items will not be accepted without prior authorization.
GENERAL
