Davis fall: Locally known as Patale Chhango (Hell’s Fall), is an awesome waterfall lying about 2 km south-west of Pokhara airport on the highway to Tansen. An interesting modern legend says that a foreigner named David was skinny dipping in the Pardi Khola (river) when the floodgates of the dam were opened, sweeping him into an underground passage beneath the fall, never to be seen again. Tibetan Village lies just off the Devi’s fall in the south, which is inhabited by the Tibetan people who keeps themselves busy by producing and trading woolen carpets and other handicrafts. The gorge is carved by Seti River and is one of the natural wonders of Pokhara. And Phewa Lake where one can spend quite time boating in the ultimate lake where the reflections of Mount Annapurna and Macchpuchhre range falls.
SATURDAY, 18TH NOVEMBER | We enjoy breakfast and then make our way to Bandipur. Upon arrival we check in at The Old Inn (or similar). In the afternoon, we enjoy a walking tour of Bandipur Bazaar and Village. Popular attractions of Bandipur are the hills that are ideal for hiking along trails that pass through tribal villages, verdant forests and hilltop shrines that once doubled as forts. It is also home to Asia’s and Nepal’s second largest cave Siddha Gufa.

SUNDAY, 19TH NOVEMBER | After breakfast, we drive back to Nepal’s Capital –Kathmandu. We check in at Hotel Himalaya (or similar) and the rest of the day is at leisure.
MONDAY, 20TH NOVEMBER | Today after breakfast we set off for a sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath & Boudhnath. Pashupatinath temple considered one of the most important and holy pilgrimages sites for Hindu devotees all around the world. It is also considered as the protector of the universe and the patron deity of Nepali people. In the afternoon, we have a sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur Durbar Square containing various temples, palaces and courtyards all of which were built in the traditional Nepalese architecture.
TUESDAY, 21ST NOVEMBER/WEDNESDAY, 22ND NOVEMBER | Breakfast and free time till our departure. Later we are transferred to the airport for our flight back home. We depart at 12.30pm and arrive at Istanbul at 6.20pm. This is then followed by the next flight that leaves at 8.05am (22nd November) and arrives in Malta at 8.35am. Upon arrival in Mumbai, you will be transfered to your hotel for check in. Known as Bombay in colonial times, Mumbai today is one of India’s most cosmopolitan cities. Marvel at the towering Gateway of India, the enormous arch that’s one of India’s most recognizable symbols. Hop aboard one of the many boats bound for Elephant Island and head to Shri Mahalakshmi temple, pay homage to the garland-adorned statues of three goddesses within and take in the bright white facade of the 15th-century mosque Haji Ali.

Sri Lanka’s captivating capital is an eyeopening introduction to one of travel’s best-kept secrets. Stop at Gangaramaya Temple, and marvel at endless rows of Buddha images or thick, twisty Bodhisattva trees adorned with colourful sashes; step inside the vermilion facade of Jami Ul-Alfar Mosque, whether to enjoy a moment of silence or look in on harmonious unison of the call to prayer. Slip off your shoes and sink your toes into the golden sand of Colombo’s Galle Face Green beach and enjoy the famously strong sea breeze rustling through your hair. Head to Pettah Market, near Colombo Railway Station, for the city’s most authentic shopping experience. Browse colourful Sri Lankan Raksha masks, which are said to ward off evil, or sample some of the island’s finest Ceylon tea.

Take in a cricket match at the town’s Mahinda Rajapaksa International Stadium, or join an adventurous trek to search for leopards and elephants in the wild in Yala National Park.

The island of Phuket is often called the Pearl of Thailand. Start your day by diving right in at Kata Noi Beach, a smaller, more secluded spot where you can soak in the sun and sand and unwind. Head to the nearby Karon Viewpoint for unparalleled views of the Andaman Sea and the area’s lush mountainous landscape. In town, see the Big Buddha of Phuket, the white marble likeness of the holy figure stands 45 m tall, or hike up to the statue itself, which is surprisingly uncrowded. Do not miss the elaborate temple of Wat Chalong and its Grand Pagoda, where it’s believed a splinter of bone from the Buddha himself resides.

Penang is rich in diverse cultural influences thanks to its history as a trading centre between India, China, Britain and the Middle East. Head to historic George Town, the island’s capital city, where bicycles and trishaws (three-wheeled, pedal-powered vehicles) dart along narrow streets lined with mural-adorned buildings and varied architecture. Step into the oldest Anglican church in Southeast Asia at St. George’s or check out the Kapitan Keling Mosque. Then, take the tram up to the cooler, minty-fresh air of Penang Hill - walk through the bird sanctuary or one of the nature trails and take in views of the city below and the mountains in the distance.
