Streaming From A Computer

1. Launch a web browser Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc.

3. Click “Resources” tab

At the top of the website

4. This opens the page titled “Sermons & Live Stream”

Watching Past Services

Select “Live Stream Archive” in step 5. The most recent service will be displayed by default. Other services are available by clicking the desired date and time in the list of related worship services.

Click the play button in the middle of the screen. Services times are as follows: SEPTEMBER - APRIL: 8:45 a.m. - Celebrate Service 11:00 a.m. - Traditional Service MAY - AUGUST: 10:00 a.m.

5. Click “Watch the Live Stream” If you would like to watch a past worship

service, select “Live Stream Archive”


Streaming From a Smart TV Some modern televisions are equipped with features that allow for internet connectivity. If your TV has apps such as Netflix or Hulu, you have a smart TV.

Some smart TVs may not have this feature. At this time, a web browser is required to stream services.

This name varies per brand. Look for a button marked “Apps,” “Smart Central,” “Viera,” “SmartHub” or similar.

Streaming From an iPhone or iPad

1. Launch the Safari app 2. Browse to: www.myersparkpres.org

3. Click the menu icon at the top right corner

4. Tap “Resources” and then “Sermons & Live Stream”

5. The live stream player will launch. Tap the play button.

5. Scroll down the page and select “Watch the Live Stream”

Bonus: Play to your AppleTV If your iPhone or iPad is connected to the same wifi network as an AppleTV, you can play the live stream or recorded services over AirPlay. Swipe up to open the iOS Control Center. You should see “AirPlay” as an option. Select it and close Control Center. Press play on the video and it will begin on your television.


Streaming From an Android Phone or Tablet

1. Launch the Chrome app 2. Browse to: www.myersparkpres.org

3. Click the menu icon at the top right corner

4. Tap “Resources” and then “Sermons & Live Stream”

6. The live stream player will launch. Tap the play button.

5. Scroll down the page and select “Watch the Live Stream”

Services times are as follows:

Streaming From any device using the Myers Park Presbyterian Church App

1. Open the app store for your device Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc. 2. Search for “Myers Park Presbyterian Church”

5. Select “Services (live and recorded) to launch the player.

This will provide a player containing the live broadcast and links to previously recorded worship services.

3. Download the app

Select “Get” in the Apple Store or “Download” in the Google Play store to download. You may need to enter your app store password.

4. Launch the app and select “Live Stream” from the bottom tool bar

Bonus: Play to your AppleTV

If your iPhone or iPad is connected to the same wifi network as an AppleTV, you can play the live stream or recorded services over AirPlay.

The player will provide a countdown to the next scheduled broadcast, and feature a list of previously recorded worship services.

Swipe up to open the iOS Control Center. You should see “AirPlay” as an option. Select it and close Control Center. Press play on the video and it will begin on your television.


Other devices

Chromecast

Support for AppleTV is limited to Apple iPhone and iPad. Select the proper input for your AppleTV on your television and follow these steps:

Swipe down from the top of the screen to see the notification shade, then swipe down again to view quick settings. Tap the Cast button at the bottom of this menu, then choose the Chromecast to which you want to mirror the display.
