TIP: Use leftovers to make Crackle Popcorn. Place in a microwave safe bowl, heat on medium (50%) power for 1 min then pour onto a tray lined with baking paper. Leave to set on the bench for 20 mins or until firm to touch. Pinch off walnut sized pieces, shape into popcorn, then set in the fridge for around 1 hour. 11
