Ingredients • 1 cup gluten free self raising flour
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• ½ cup rice flour
• 2 tblsp water
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 100g Copha, melted
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• Icing sugar or drinking chocolate to dust
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup dark chocolate bits • ½ cup walnuts (optional)
TIP: Rice flour may be replaced with chestnut or soy flour. Walnuts may be replaced with chopped roasted hazelnuts.
