OXYAQUAFUEL
NEW GENERATION FUEL By using the AQUAHAMMER® technology, there is a conceptual change in the approach to solving these important ecological problems by way of altering the structure of the actual fuel at the early production stage. At this stage the fuel is enriched with oxygen and a homogeneous water-fuel solution is created.
As a result of using the new generation fuel OXYAQUAFUEL on standard equipment the following results were demonstrated: ● Considerable economization of fuel (by up to 30%); ● Repeated reduction in chemical bonding of emissions
(CO2, SOх, NOx, and other carcinogens);
● Ease of integration and exploitation in already existing
systems;
● Possibility of long term storage of OXYAQUAFUEL; ● Long service life of equipment; ● Ability to process large volumes of fuel – up to
150 tons per hour is the maximum capacity of AQUAHAMMER®.
TECHNICAL ASPECT With the help of AQUAHAMMER® equipment the fuel structure becomes fine-dispersed and uniform (homogeneous). The newly structured fuel OXYAQUAFUEL obtains new characteristics and features.
There is an occurrence of a series of positive changes, affecting the caloric content and combustion quality of OXYAQUAFUEL fuel, namely:
● DURING HOMOGENIZATION POLYMERIC CHAINS OF ORGANIC FUEL ARE BROKEN ALLOWING FOR THE NUMEROUS FORMATION OF ACTIVE SIDES OF MOLECULES, WHICH SIMULTANEOUSLY ENGAGE IN THE OXIDIZATION PROCESS A LOT FASTER; ● BONDS BETWEEN MOLECULES ARE BROKEN AND FREE RADICALS ARE RELEASED. THESE RADICALS ARE FAR MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO COMBUSTION THAN CLOSED MOLECULES; ● POLYMERIC CHAINS OF WATER MOLECULES ARE DESTROYED. WATER BECOMES FINE-DISPERSED WITH A PARTIAL FORMATION OF FREE IONS H+ AND OH- WHICH ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN THE COMBUSTION PROCESS AND FORM UNSTABLE, EASILY OXIDIZED BONDS WITH THE FREE RADICALS OF ORGANIC FUEL; ● DURING THE GRINDING PROCESS, SULFUR AND PARAFFIN FORM SURFACE ACTIVE SUBSTANCES (SAB) WHICH SURROUND MICROPARTICLES OF AN EMULSION AND HINDER THEIR FURTHER MERGING; ● THERE IS AN INCREASED CONTACT SURFACE AREA BETWEEN FUEL AND AIR. IN HIGH TEMPERATURE ZONES OF THE FURNACE A DROP OF THE EMULSION EXPLODES AND SECONDARY DISPERSION OF THE FUEL TAKES PLACE. CENTERS OF TURBULENT PULSATION ARE FORMED. THE NUMBER OF SMALL DROPS OF FUEL IS INCREASED WHICH LEADS TO TEMPERATURE STABILIZATION IN THE FIRE CHAMBER WITH A DECREASE IN LOCAL MAXIMUM-TEMPERATURES AND AN INCREASE IN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE IN THE FIRE CHAMBER.

ECOLOGICAL ASPECT Within the production process of industrial enterprises, petroleum storage depots, railroad and automobile industries, and sea and river fisheries a considerable amount of oil-waste is produced.
Oil-waste comes in the form of polluted fuels, ground deposits, processed oils with an increased content of water and mechanical impurities. These oil-wastes are usually not fit for use and constitute a threat to the environment. Using AQUAHAMMER® technology one can easily utilize the wastes listed above and minimize the damage to the environment. We integrated AQUAHAMMER® equipment into an industrial enterprise and received the following results, which we willingly demonstrate to you.
