Event Design COLOUR PALETTE & MOOD BOARD CREATION | - Creation of 3 different colour palette options and 3 different styling mood boards for you to choose from - These are then used to guide and shape the style of your big day and can be shared with all vendors involved to ensure your entire day visually ties together and looks insta worthy! - Includes one revision of each chosen colour palette and mood board to ensure we absolutely have the right look and feel that suits you and your style TABLESCAPE & VENUE FLOORPLAN | - Creation of your tablescape design along with visual reference (or mock up if required) and venue layout floor plan for all hire/vendor services. Again this then becomes your go to document on the day for all vendors to ensure everything is set up in the right place and looking exactly as planned - Includes up to two revisions after initial draft

STYLING PLAN | - A detailed styling plan for all aspects of your day (think ceremony, canape hour and the reception), this document will list out all required props, florals and styling items for each section of the day and a recommendation on where to source from or a customise order from our range/or custom sourced selections we will then find for you - Includes up to two revisions after initial draft RUN SHEET DEVELOPMENT | - Literally from woah to go...we help plan your big day from the moment you wake up to the moment you leave the reception....ensuring all key timings are captured and everyone including you, your vendors and your guests all know what is happening when. We can liaise directly with your vendors to ensure we allow them enough time to create their magic on the day and then will pull everything together in one simple and easy to follow document you'll have for the day - Includes up to three revisions after initial draft

VENUE SITE VISIT | - Onsite visit with you to map out the day, chat through any questions and walk through how everything will work on the big day - Up to two hours onsite with our team and venue representative (if required) - Travel outside of Sydney CBD may incur an additional fee (please contact our team to discuss) All prices exclude GST & delivery – please get in touch for a quote tailored to your event or celebration
