The two attorneys at Ohle & Ohle are Michael and Leanne Ohle, a local married couple who met while they were in law school at Stetson University, which was ranked as the #1 school for Trial Advocacy in the United States in 2020. Michael works with Criminal Law cases, handling charges for assaults, DUIs, thefts, drugs, prescription fraud, and more. Leanne practices Family Law, dealing with cases of divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, etc. Both Leanne and Michael are very experienced attorneys with reputations for dedicated service that leads to successful results for their clients.
Leanne was also selected as one of the “Who’s Who Upcoming Florida Attorneys.”
The backgrounds of the Ohles led them to become lawyers. Leanne’s parents had a family friend who was an attorney, and his work interested her. She also “always knew that [she] wanted to help people.” Michael had an attorney for a father, Robert
Ohle, Esq., so he grew up in and around the business.
Michael and his father even worked together as Ohle &
Ohle for years before Robert passed away in 2013. Then,
Leanne and Michael partnered and maintained the Ohle &
Ohle legacy.
Together, the husband and wife team at Ohle & Ohle have been able to “connect with people and make relationships. It’s not just attorney-client. We talk to and meet with people on weekends. We do everything we can because we know how important both areas of our practice are,” Leanne explains.
A fi ne testament to their dedication to the job is the fact that the two worked together to actually overturn a life sentence for one of their clients during the appellate process. “That was a big day,” Leanne proudly says.
