Sweet Industries, LLC was founded by Eric Sweet in 2016. Eric grew up in the North River Shores neighborhood in Stuart, and later attended the University of Florida, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Eric began his career in the project management sector of the industry in 2006 when he worked for a commercial builder out of Washington D.C. complexity of a project, Eric listens to his client’s needs and works diligently to ensure that those needs are met and that expectations are exceeded. Eric states, “I learned early on that a good project manager simply treats a client’s money as your own.”
Sweet Industries, LLC operates on the premise that general contracting is all about managing expectations, remaining realistic, and making sense from a nancial aspect. “I want to be honest about what people already have and look for ways to achieve [the end result] without breaking the bank,” explains Eric. For instance, just re nishing good-quality grade cabinetry instead of replacing it can potentially save a customer thousands of dollars! Additionally, Eric advises his clients to visit multiple showrooms for things like cabinetry, countertops, plumbing supplies, etc., which helps them to stay within budget.
