A Brief Overview Neuropathic Pain a type of complex, chronic pain that occurs when the sensory nerves are damaged due to an injury or a disorder.

In this state, the damaged or dysfunctional nerve fibers either end up sending incorrect pain signals or cause loss of sensation and numbness.
