Stover graduates from Arkansas Fire Academy
Mena Firefighter Dustin Stover graduated from the Arkansas Fire Training Academy on November 30 as Certified Firefighter II by the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress.
Successful completion of the 7-week course is required to qualify to sit for Arkansas Firefighter Certification.
Written and skill evaluations are giving throughout the course that cover topics of general knowledge and skill requirements; fire department communications; fireground operations; rescue operations; prevention, preparedness, and maintenance.
