Library Services
A number of libraries in Aberdeenshire are now offering a Click and Collect service.
The nearest to Alford is Banchory and Oldmeldrum.
The booking system allows you to collect reservations, order preselected library book bundles containing 10 items, pick up reading group collections, arrange a drop of your current loans and also pick up hearing aid batteries.
To use Click and Collect, you can book directly through the Online Booking System, call 01467 532929, or use the Live Chat.
Depending on the level of demand and use, it is expected that the Click and Collect service will then be rolled out to libraries in other communities.
You’ll need to be a member of the library service to order book bundles or place reservations. If you’re not a member, you can join online too!
