VIA SACCHI URBAN REGENERATION
The idea of this project is to propose the historical line of Turin in Via Sacchi placing plants or differents green areas for the important historical periods of Turin.
Case study: Urban regeneration of commercial activities in Via Sacchi, new project for cicle path and pathway
New elements differ between road paving and temporary Korten steel structures (used for bus station or for temporary exibition). The main structure is situate in Porta Nuova railway station square, center of ideas and movements. The project suggest a new arcades with Korten steel similar to the existing ones. The structure is 2.50 meters high with different services like parking or bike sharing station.

Overall the urban project revise the routes of via Sacchi now inexistent; for the green areas, the project offers different types of flowers, based on the city climate that can respect the purpose of the project placing 6 ornamental plants distributed along the entire road and arcade axis: for example tulips are integrated with the tale of the XIX century as it is said they were Carlo Alberto’s favourite flowers.

ABBAZIA DI SANTA MARIA DI PULCHERADA
Case study: Archivial research on the Pulcherada Abbey in San Mauro Torinese, Turin. Location of the Roman
Mansio and the subsequent first cristian worship in Piedmont in IX century
Use 3D programm modeling for the simulation of first Abbey in XII century
The first part of thesis analyzes the archival and iconographic materials dislocated in all Italian territory. The second part develops the data found and with the help of 3D programm modeling we tried to rebuild the first Abbey. The goal was to retrace the whole history of the city tryning to understand the development and disappearance of some elements, for example the dungeond of chapel of the Madonnina.
