RESIDENTIAL AREA - Phnom Penh, Cambodia

This residential project will be built on the new axes which will connect the capital of Cambodia with the new international airport. On the podium, there will be placed shops, restaurants, and other facilities for the community. The whole ground floor outdoor will be just for pedestrian use. The goal is to create a green open-air space where people can enjoy outdoor life safely not just for a walk but even to relax, seat, talk and create new relations.

VILLA ON BASSAC RIVER - Phnom Penh, Cambodia

ECO RESORT - Mondulkiri, Cambodia

Proposal for an Eco Resort placed in the East area of Cambodia, nearby Vietnam borders. The resort is placed on the top of a hill: around the main buildings which host all the public facilities such pool, gym, spa, and restaurants are placed all the bungalows built my local wood. The interior comfort will be provided by natural ventilation and outdoor shading to reduce the waste of energy.

RESIDENTIAL AREA - Phnom Penh, Cambodia

This residential area will be placed nearby Phnom Penh. The dimension of the area is about 1.4 Ha. The project consists of 3 different building’s typology: shop row buildings, residential row houses, and a condo nine stories tall The shapes of the building are quite simple to reduce the building’s cost. Most of the design use the alternation of black and white colors.

VILLA SAKOR EXTERIORS STUDY - Kiri Sakor, Cambodia

This project concern the redesign of the external facade (in order to place a shading system to reduce sun radiation) and the landscape area of a villa placed on the Cambodia's side. The whole design uses simple shapes in order to don’t affect the existing building’s aesthetics.

TWIN BUILDINGS CONCEPT- Phnom Penh, Cambodia

RESIDENTIAL AREA - Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The total area of this project is about 28 Ha. Nine building with different functions: hotel, offices, shopping mall, residence, schools and medical clinics. All the buildings are connected by an artificial landscape : pedestrian and vehicles are totally separated. The idea is to create a self-sustaining micro city which is planned to be built in the next years nearby the new Phnom Penh’s airport south of the capital.
