Player of the Week South Suburban College Men’s Basketball player and Hillcrest HS product, sophomore guard Jovan Mooring was named Region IV-A Player-of-the-Week for the 2nd time this season. Mooring averaged 26 points, 4 rebounds, 3 steals, and 4.5 assists last week in 2 games for the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs are currently 9-0 on the season, and ranked #19 in the country.

D u r i n g this period, people who have Med ic a re Pa r t C “Med ic a re Adv a nt age” policies and people who have Med ic a re Pa r t D prescription drug plans shou ld consu lt t hei r insurance agents to review whether the policy or plan should be kept or replaced. If t hat is not done by December 7, the policy or plan in place will remain in place for another year. ST COLUMBA CHURCH FEEDS THE HUNGRY ON THANKSGIVING: Pictured here are Fr. The meal is an annual event at the church and a host of volunteers, led by Kathy Babich, pitch in to the make the day festive and filling for members of the community. “It’s one of the ways we give back,” noted Fr. Watkins, who also pastors Mother of God Church in Burnham, Il. A ll ages, young and old, came to the St. Columba Thanksgiving table on November 26, 2015 and those who could not come to the table had their meal delivered.
