‘A world of opportunities’: Bishop

students have talents

HAMMOND | The work of two Bishop Noll Art Club members was recently showcased during the 38th annual Disabilities Award Breakfast organized by the Hammond’s Mayor’s Commission on Disabilities.

Student artists were asked to submit artwork for the event theme, “A World of Opportunities.”

Anna Perez, a Bishop Noll student who poured her creativity into her artwork, was awarded first place and had her artwork featured on the cover of the program for the event.

Another Bishop Noll student, Shalom Villalpondo, also received recognition for her artistic contribution. The commission loved her artwork so much that they decided to include it as well on the back of the program.

As the contest winner, Perez received a plaque and a gift basket, a token of appreciation for her exceptional work.

“When I found out my piece was chosen I felt very proud of myself that I was able to do something that made me get out of my comfort zone,” Perez said. “I felt as if I finally was recognized for something I’m really passionate about. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to have my art chosen and to have been seen by many people.”

Perez’s inspiration for her acrylic piece was the world around her and what she has learned from various cultures. Through learning about different cultures I was able to create a variety of characters that represented multiple opportunities that one can take as a career in life.

Perez is actively involved in Bishop Noll’s Art Club.

“It has been a place where I can fully engage in my artistic abilities. I enjoy the fact that Art Club creates a space to make art and engage with others,” she said.

Villalpondo’s piece was created with watercolors and inspired by the artwork of Wassily Kandinsky and Georgia O’Keeffe.

She is also a member of the Art Club and said she enjoys, “being able to try different mediums that are offered in Art Club.” Bishop Noll student Anna Perez was awarded first place for her acrylic piece of art. The contest assignment was to explore the theme “A World of Opportunities” and as winner, Perez’s work was featured on the cover of the program for the Disabilities Award Breakfast organized by the Hammond’s Mayor’s Commission on Disabilities.

Giannoulias Pushes to Enhance Protections for Libraries and Librarians

Furthering his commitment to the Right to Read, Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias is spearheading legislation that underscores the vital role of librarians in providing essential educational resources and ensures those individuals can go to work without fear and intimidation.

HB 4567, sponsored by State Representative Anne StavaMurray (81st District – Downers Grove) and State Senator Laura Murphy (28th District – Des Plaines), would increase protections for libraries, librarians and library employees from threats and violence. The measure passed out of committee today and now heads to the House floor.

“Our librarians and libraries have faced an onslaught of threats of violence and ideological intimidation for simply serving their communities,” said Giannoulias, who also serves as State Librarian. “We have seen an escalation of violence seeking to censor and restrict information. This is harmful, not only to these public servants, but to our democracy as a whole. In the face of these threats, this bill highlights the commitment of our state to protecting library workers, access to information and the free exchange of ideas.”

The bill would give law enforcement and State’s Attorneys the tools needed to charge a threat made against a library or a public employee in the same manner that currently exists for schools and elected officials.

The legislation comes after several libraries across the state, including the Illinois State Library Building, experienced bomb and other violent threats. Between July and September of 2023, at least 22 known bomb threats were received that required local and state police response. Several libraries endured repeat threats.

“Throughout the state and the nation, library professionals

continue to face threats to their personal safety and welfare,” said Cynthia Robinson, executive director for the Illinois Library Association (ILA). “The ILA strongly condemns all forms of violence, threats of violence, and other acts of intimidation in Illinois libraries.”

Other states including Colorado, California, Iowa, Tennessee, Utah, Texas and Hawaii have faced similar threats to their libraries and staff.

“This legislation will ensure our library workers have the same protections against threats and harassment as other public officials and human service providers,” Stava-Murray said. “Protecting the Right to Read in Illinois also means protecting the people who make it possible.”

Each threat requires local law enforcement to spend time and resources investigating and ensuring the public’s safety. The proposed measure would require the offender to reimburse first responders for the cost associated with the threat response.

“Our librarians and libraries provide for the most fundamental exchange of ideas and knowledge, and we will not let them be intimidated from doing so,” said Murphy. “This measure protects them and the treasure of our libraries while also ensuring our law enforcement’s time and taxpayer money are not being wasted.”

The measure would also allow law enforcement to take action against threats made by electronic communications and social media.

The proposal does not create new penalties but guarantees libraries and librarians are protected by law in the same manner as schools and other facilities serving vulnerable populations, such as children and older adults.

Mrvan Introduces Gold Star Family Education Parity Act

Washington, DC – Today, Rep. Frank J. Mrvan announced the introduction of H.R. 7549, the Gold Star Family Education Parity Act.

As a long-time supporter of Gold Star families, Congressman Mrvan introduced this legislation to improve the education benefits provided to veterans’ dependents and survivors in paying for educational expenses, including tuition, housing, and books. Specifically, the Gold Star Family Education Parity Act would make survivors and dependents eligible for superior education benefits, equivalent to those currently provided to veterans under the Post9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33). Benefits through the VA Survivors’ and Dependents’ Educational Assistance (DEA) (Chapter 35) program would still be available until 2028 as families transition to the new benefit program.

A Gold Star Family is defined as a parent, spouse, sibling or child of a service member who became missing in action or died as a result of their service during a period of war. Veterans’ dependents and survivors are eligible for benefits under the Gold Star Families Education Parity Act.

Congressman Mrvan stated, “This legislation honors our promise to Gold Star families by ensuring dependents and survivors receive the educational benefits that they deserve to obtain the degree, certification, or job training they desire. I am grateful to serve on the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, and look forward to continuing to advocate for educational opportunities for Gold Star Families and honoring their sacrifice and commitment to the strength of our nation.”

Pain From Medicare Advantage

On March 28, 2024, I got a phone call from a client who complained about her Medicare Advantage plan. She needs shots or patches to reduce pain that she experiences. She was not getting either currently under her Medicare Advantage plan.

One local hospital stopped accepting payment arrangements from two insurance companies and their Medicare Advantage plans. This client had a Medicare Advantage plan from one of those insurance companies that the hospital no longer accepted.

Medicare plus Medicare supplement plans are accepted by over 97% of medical service firms like doctors, laboratories, and hospitals. But to use a Medicare Advantage plan, a patient must stay in network or pay higher amounts on co-pays, deductibles, and other fees.

Robert Carnagey, past State Commander of the Disabled American Veterans Department of Indiana, stated, “It is the duty of all American citizens to band together and surround Gold Star Families with love, compassion and assistance as they work to move forward with their lives and support their family. I appreciate this initiative by Congressman Mrvan to continue support these families with educational opportunities during their time of need.”

Patti Nowaczyk, a Gold Star mother originally from Dyer, Indiana, stated, “I am the proud Gold Star mother of SSG David Nowaczyk, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on April 15, 2012. Gold Star families have lost so much, not to mention a parent and loved one but a person who contributed to the family both physically and financially. Without assistance, most of these gold star children will not be able to afford to go to college or obtain job trainings, so I support Congressman Mrvan’s legislation that will continue to help these families.”

Bonnie Carroll, Founder and President of Tragedy Assistance Program For Survivors (TAPS) stated, “TAPS is grateful to Rep. Mrvan for introducing the Gold Star Family Education Parity Act. Chapter 35 education benefits have been around before the Vietnam War and are significantly lower than all modern GI Bill benefits. The Gold Star Family Education Parity Act will sunset Chapter 35 and expand eligibility for the Marine Gunnery Sgt. John Fry Scholarship for all surviving spouses and children, which has been a long term legislative priority for TAPS.”

Also, this is another reason why seniors should explore options with a local insurance agent or agency and not connect with an insurance agent over the phone. If you’re sitting in an office with someone, it is easier to communicate and the local agent or agency cares about their business reputation in the community so that it is easier to get help if or when you need it.

Note: Woodrow Wilcox is the senior medical bill case worker at Senior Care Insurance Services in Merrillville, Indiana. A few years ago, a client switched from using Medicare plus a Medicare supplement to using a Medicare Advantage plan. Then, he went into a local hospital. He got a hospital bill of over $6,000 with the Medicare Advantage plan. He asked me to check the bill and help him. I had helped him earlier when he was on Medicare and a Medicare supplement plan. After I checked the bill and the rules of his Medicare Advantage plan, I informed him that I could not help this time and that he did owe the bill under the terms of his Medicare Advantage plan.

Dreams: From Fantasy to Reality

Sleeping dreams are creations of our minds of mental images, thoughts, or videos we make while we’re predominantly in REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. While we are in a deep sleep, dreams enter our minds involuntarily. Sometimes, dreams are influenced by what we think about before bedtime. They can also involve circumstances you’re worried about or what you like to manifest in your life. The latter dreams we think about when we’re awake. They are what we deeply desire to occur in our lives.

When you contemplate your dreams, both while awake and asleep, they hold significance and are within reach. It’s time to decide whether to turn your dreams from mere fantasy into tangible reality. What are you daring to dream that holds onto you even in your sleep?

Brian Tracy, a motivational speaker and leader, wrote in his book Psychology of Achievement “What one dream would you dare to dream if you knew you could not fail?” What is your main dream? What are your dreams? What would you do if you knew without doubt that you would succeed? Do you want to write a book, travel the world, play an instrument well, or start a business? Or obtain a college degree, get married, or retire early? What is your heart’s desire?

There’s no reason to give up wanting to make your dream a reality. We all make excuses for why we keep pushing our dreams off for a later time. However, time waits for no one! Therefore, don’t dismiss your dreams, but manifest them now. Here are a few tips for encouragement to fulfill your dreams:

• Fight the fear and anxiety. Those emotions hold you back by making you afraid for the future, good or bad. Failure happens to everyone. I can prove it. No one has walked perfectly on their first try without falling. Situations happen, but fear and anxiety over what could happen can cause you not to try to make it happen. It might take a lot of trial

and error to produce the dream but know that failure and time are part of the journey of growing and developing your dreams.

• Build resilience while not taking “no” for an answer. Keep bouncing back. If something doesn’t work, look for another option to make the dream happen. Never say it’s impossible or it will never work. Philippians 4:13 (NKJV) reminds us, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Don’t give up on your dreams means don’t stop until you’ve manifested your dreams. God gives you the strength and resilience to keep going even when it seems impossible.

• Age does not stop a dream. Naysayers will say you’re too old, but when you have a dream, the age you start does not have to limit you if it’s obtainable. I know a young lady who fulfilled her dream by graduating with her high school diploma (not GED) at age eightyfive. Afterward, she applied to college. Colonel Sanders was in his late 50s starting KFC. We all know how old our last two presidents were. So, dreams are not limited to age.

• The joy of achievement. To have accomplished what you set out to do is an exhilarating feeling. Imagine reaching your dream and obtaining the success you worked hard for. Dream acquisition builds your character, strengths, and skills by overcoming doubt, building confidence, sharing your achievements with others, and developing self-discipline. Now, you can do the “Rocky” up-the-stairs celebration.

Don’t give up on your dreams. They may start as a small thought, wish, or desire, but they can build, create, and transform into reality. You will see your dreams manifest through hard work, a burning passion while fighting off fear and anxiety, building resilience, dismissing age, and focusing on the end joy you will receive by making your dreams become a reality and not an imaginary video that plays only in your mind.

“C’mon!” he urged. “We’ve been dating eight months and we love each other. Why can’t we live together and have sex?” “Because God tells us first to get married – to bind ourselves to each other with promises for the rest of our lives before him and witnesses – and then move in together and have sex.” “You don’t really love me,” he pouts. “I do love you,” she insists. “But I love God more than you.”

The Christian Life boils down to love. “We love because he first loved us” (1 John 4:19). God sacrificed what was most precious to him, his Son Jesus, to make us his children, so that “whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16b). Our love for God and others is a response to Jesus’ life-giving love for us. Jesus gave himself for us. We offer ourselves back to him (see Romans 12:1).

God redeems us to keep the Great Commandment. “Love the Lord your God with all your heart... and love your neighbor as yourself.” In the Ten Commandments, God tells us how to love him and others. The first four commandments focus on love for God. The last six commandments focus on love for neighbor.

The First Commandment begins, “You shall have no other gods before me.” God first. Think of a bicycle wheel. The hub is at the center and the spokes encircle it. When that wheel is rightly ordered, with the hub at the center, the wheel works. So also with our lives. If God is the hub, our Number One, and other people are secondary spokes, then we can truly love and enjoy them. However, if other people or things are at the center, our lives will fall apart.

What should you know about long-term care?

We all hope to remain healthy and independent throughout our lives – but life can be unpredictable. If you were ever to need some type of long-term care, would you be financially prepared?

Long-term care encompasses everything from the services of a home health aide to a stay in an assisted living facility to a long residence in a nursing home. You may never need any of these kinds of care, but the odds aren’t necessarily in your favor: Someone turning age 65 today has almost a 70% chance of needing some type of long-term care services and support in their remaining years, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

And all types of long-term care can involve considerable financial expense. The median annual cost for a home health aide’s services is more than $60,000 per year, and it’s more than $100,000 per year for a private room in a nursing home, according to Genworth, an insurance company. Furthermore, contrary to many people’s expectations, Medicare usually pays very little of these costs.

Of course, some people expect their family will be able to take care of their long-term care needs. But this may not be a viable strategy. For one thing, your family members simply may not have the skills needed to give you the type of care you may require. Also, by the time you might need help, your grown children or other family members might not live in your area.

So, you may need to protect yourself and your loved ones from the potential costs of long-term care. Basically, you’ve got two main choices: You could self-insure or you could transfer the risk by purchasing some type of long-term care insurance.

If you have considerable financial resources, you might find self-insuring to be attractive, rather than choosing insurance and paying policy premiums. You may wish to keep an emergency savings or investment account that’s earmarked exclusively for long-term care to help avoid relying on your

Enjoy a relaxing Sunday Afternoon concert featuring members of our orchestra! They will play a variety of musical styles on pieces like Celtic Suite, Ruby Street NOLA, and Birds, and will feature a number of different types of flutes. In any case, by being aware of the potential need for long-term care, its cost and the ways of paying for it, you’ll be able to make the appropriate decisions for your financial situation, your needs and your loved ones.

on the Dame Myra Hess Recital Series at the Chicago Cultural Center, a performance broadcast on local television, on WFMTFM in Chicago and syndicated nationally over the internetCindy has been a Concerto Competition winner and featured soloist with university and professional orchestras in Illinois, Indiana and Ohio, and was a regular soloist on a Bach Cantata series in Chicago. She is currently the Flute Professor at Valparaiso University and Concordia University Chicago. She received her BM degree in flute performance from the University of Cincinnati CollegeConservatory of Music, and an MM and Certificate in Performance degrees from Northwestern University.

Maria Schwartz is second flute of NISO, a position she’s held since 2011. Originally from Vermont, she attended music school in Potsdam, New York and Cleveland, Ohio. Maria regularly performs with other professional orchestras and collaborates with musicians throughout the Chicago area. As a trained Suzuki Flute teacher, Maria inspires many young flutists through private instruction.

Lisa Targonski-Cisneros holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in Flute Performance from the American Conservatory of Music in Chicago, and a Graduate Diploma from St. Louis Conservatory of Music. Lisa has played flute/piccolo with the Northwest Indiana Symphony since 1981, and has also performed with Illinois Philharmonic, Chicago Sinfonietta, Chicago Chamber Orchestra, Lake Forest Symphony, Ravinia Festival Orchestra and the Elgin Symphony. Along with performing live broadcasts on WFMT and WBEZ, she has toured with the American Wind Symphony and performed with The Moody Blues, Kansas, Mannheim Steamroller, Marvin Hamlisch, Shirley Jones and the Temptations. Recordings include Hymns for Trombone and Flute, and 9 CD’s performing on Solo flute and Piccolo with the National Flute Choir. Along with performing in various chamber ensembles, Lisa also teaches private flute lessons in the Chicagoland area. She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner working as Memory Care Coordinator for Park Place of Elmhurst as well as Certified Therapeutic Musician with Hospice patients on a daily basis.

Answer: The real truth is “Location, condition, and price.” And price trumps every other factor.

Location affects the value of a home, but it’s price that sells a home. Oceanfront, mountainside, or penthouse, the most desirable location in the world won’t sell at the wrong price.

A good location will sell at a fair price. A bad location will sell at a fair price, too. It just won’t be as a high as it would be for a good location.

A home in good condition will sell for a fair price. A home in poor condition will also sell at a fair price. Again, it won’t be as high as a comparable home in better condition.

But neither location or condition will sell any house. Only one thing does that - price.

Presents Women Wearing Many Hats Spring Tea

WASHINGTON – In day seven of the Dirty Dozen tax scam series, the Internal Revenue Service and Security Summit partners today alerted taxpayers to be on the lookout for unscrupulous tax preparers who could encourage people to file false tax returns and steal valuable personal information.

A common problem seen annually during tax season, “ghost preparers” pop up to encourage taxpayers to take advantage of tax credits and benefits for which they don’t qualify. These preparers can charge a large percentage fee of the refund or even steal the entire tax refund. After the tax return is prepared, these “ghost preparers” can simply disappear, leaving well-meaning taxpayers to deal with the consequences.

While most tax professionals offer quality service, these ghost preparers and other unscrupulous preparers try to take advantage of people and should be avoided at all costs. The IRS encourages people to use a trusted tax professional, and IRS.gov has important information to help people choose a reputable, accredited practitioner.

The IRS offers resources for taxpayers to educate themselves on types of preparers, representation rights, as well as a Directory of Federal Tax Return Preparers with Credentials and Select Qualifications to help choose which tax preparer is the best fit.

Some of the warning signs of a bad preparer include:

· Shady fees. Taxpayers should always ask about service fees. Shady tax preparers can ask for a cash-only payment without providing a receipt. They are also known to base their fees on a percentage of the taxpayer’s refund.

· False income. Untrustworthy tax preparers may also invent false income to try to get their clients more tax credits or claim fake deductions to boost the size of the refund.

· Wrong bank account. Taxpayers should also be wary of a tax preparer attempting to convince them to deposit the taxpayer’s refund in their bank account rather than the taxpayer’s account.

“Ghost preparers and other shady return preparers form a real threat every tax season to well-meaning taxpayers,” said IRS Commissioner Danny Werfel. “By trying to make a fast buck, these scammers prey on seniors and underserved communities, enticing them with bigger refunds by including bogus tax credit claims or making up income or deductions. But after the tax return is filed, these ghost preparers disappear, leaving the taxpayer to deal with consequences ranging from a stolen refund to follow-up action from the IRS. We urge people to choose a trusted tax professional that will be around if questions arise later.”

Unethical tax preparers serve as day seven of the annual IRS Dirty Dozen campaign – a list of 12 scams and schemes to help taxpayers and the tax professional community protect their personal and financial information. Compiled annually since 2002, the Dirty Dozen lists a variety of common scams that taxpayers may encounter anytime, but many of these schemes peak during filing season as people prepare their returns or hire someone to help with their taxes.

Bogus tax preparers have been a recurring theme in the Dirty Dozen for years. Anyone can file a tax return because preparing tax returns is unregulated, which adds risks for vulnerable taxpayers during filing season. To protect taxpayers, the IRS and the Treasury Department have again proposed regulating tax practitioners as part of the proposed Fiscal Year 2025 budget.

Shady tax practitioners can also be involved in stealing taxpayer identities. As a member of the Security Summit, the IRS has worked with state tax agencies and the nation’s tax industry for nine years to cooperatively implement a variety of internal security measures to protect taxpayers. The collaborative effort by the Summit partners also has focused on educating taxpayers about scams and fraudulent schemes throughout the year, which can lead to taxrelated identity theft. Through initiatives like the Dirty Dozen and the Security Summit program, the IRS strives to protect taxpayers, businesses and the tax system from cyber criminals and deceptive activities that seek to extract information and money, including ghost preparers.

Tips for taxpayers: Warning signs to look out for Most tax return preparers provide honest, high-quality service. But some may cause harm through fraud, identity theft and other scams. Paid preparers must sign and include a valid Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) on every tax return. A ghost preparer is someone who doesn’t sign tax returns they prepare. These unethical tax return preparers should be avoided, especially if they refuse to sign a complete paper tax return or digital form when filing electronically.

Taxpayers are also encouraged to check the tax preparer’s credentials and qualifications to

Taxpayers should never hire a preparer who e-files a tax return using a pay stub instead of a Form W-2. This is also against IRS e-file rules.

Taxpayers are ultimately responsible for all the information on their income tax return, regardless of who prepares it. Taxpayers can visit IRS.gov to find answers to tax-related questions and access tools like the Interactive Tax Assistant, which provides answers to several tax law questions specific to individual circumstances.

Filing electronically reduces tax return errors, and people can take advantage of free online and in-person tax preparation options if they qualify through programs like IRS Free File and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance and Tax Counseling for the Elderly.

Taxpayers should also make sure that they are taking advantage of available credits and deductions, like the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), which is refundable and can help lowto-moderate income workers receive up to $7,340 based on their qualifications. People need to make sure they understand which credits and deductions they are eligible to claim and keep records to show their eligibility.

Report fraudulent activity and scams

The IRS highly encourages people to report tax return preparers who deliberately prepare improper returns and any activity that promotes improper and abusive tax schemes.

Sensory inclusion at LEGO House and LEGO stores KultureCity is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing accessibility in public spaces for individuals with sensory needs and invisible disabilities. It certifies locations that provide visitors with an inclusive experience through staff training and access to support tools.

The certification serves as a reassurance to visitors that staff at certified venues understand how sensory needs vary and how best they can help ensure everyone feels welcome and supported in their visit. It also means that sensory bags are always available to checkout at no cost during visits. These contain items such as noise reducing headphones, fidget tools, visual cue cards, KultureCity branded lanyards and strobe reduction glasses*.

• All LEGO stores in the U.S. and Canada will be KultureCity® Sensory Inclusive™ Certified in April. The ambition is to expand certification to more countries later in the year.

• LEGO House already carries KultureCity Sensory Inclusive Certification. Located in Billund, Denmark, LEGO House is the ultimate LEGO fan experience and home of the LEGO brick and features unique Experience Zones, rooftop playgrounds and a LEGO Museum. It is the first experience centre in the Nordics to receive KultureCity certification. It also participates in the globally-recognised Sunflower Lanyard scheme** for people with hidden disabilities. In January, LEGO House unveiled a new experience in the History Collection, which features an interactive timeline with animations supported by audio, braille, International Sign and tangible wooden models to increase accessibility.

Fan reflections

Isabella age 11 and autistic reflected on the changes and what they mean to her:

“When I’m in a crowded place or noisy area, I feel nervous. The [noise reducing] headphones really help well because it just cancels out most loud noises. It gives me a little bit less stress. If there’s someone really close to me and I feel like I’m really nervous, I’ll just pop a fidget out and just play with it to calm myself down.”

“I like having [noise reducing] headphones and fidgets in the LEGO store because it’s just going to make me feel really more welcome.”

Samantha, mum to Isabella said about the certification:

“When I heard about this project, I just beamed. I was so excited. I’ve been waiting for this - to just be able to go to the store, where the employees understand, and the store is ready for my child. It’s exciting. Having KultureCity involved gives me so much confidence that my child will enjoy the experience and the sensory bags will make us come to the store more often.”

Sean, autistic AFOL (Adult Fan of LEGO play) also commented:

“To have sensory bags in a LEGO store when I was a kid would’ve changed my whole perspective on the communities I could be a part of.”

New features to LEGO Life Magazine for more inclusive play

The LEGO Group invited inclusion experts Special Networks to audit its LEGO Life magazine to understand how to make it more welcoming for neurodivergent readers. Special Networks reviewed two years’ worth of editions and praised the magazine’s clear language, diverse representation, and user-friendly layouts. However, they proposed a range of improvements that have been included in the latest edition (Issue 2 2024) and will continue to feature in future editions. These include:

• Numbering the boxes used in cartoons to make them easier to follow.

• Ensuring consistent and meaningful use of visual symbols.

• Planning content to suit varied abilities and interests.

• Having consistency in placement of useful items, such as prompts for activity answers.

Special Networks will expand its audit in 2024 and ask children and families to share their ideas on how to make the publication even more accessible.

His career started at Perkins & Will and he later started his own architectural firm earning multiple awards from the American Institute of Architects. He was an active member of the South Holland community including serving on boards for District 205, the Eastern Illinois Chapter of the AIA, Glenwood School for Boys, South Holland Planning Commission as well as deacon and elder of his church.

John was a devoted family man, a dear friend, a true success in work and life, and always steadfast in his faith. His warmth, wisdom, and the joy he brought to every gathering will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
