DIRECT AIRPORT TRANSFER Explore Canada’s largest French speaking community and the most prominent mercantile city in the province of Quebec. During our time in port, discover the best that Montreal has to offer and gain an in-depth perspective of the city. Our tour begins with a Montreal driving tour, where we will see Montreal’s top attractions and historical highlights. Throughout this time, gaze upon the city that sits on the Saint Lawrence River and enjoy lavish plant and floral displays at the Botanical Gardens. Explore this 190-acre garden, one of the largest of its kind- home to more than 22,000 species of flora, that features several outdoor theme gardens that vary seasonally. We will also view the wonderful stainedglass windows at the Notre Dame Basilica, one of Montreal’s most iconic historical buildings. The Notre Dame Basilica of Montreal is the first church of the Gothic Revival style in Canada, its historical and artistic importance makes it significant symbol of Quebec’s heritage.

CLEVELAND, OHIO Embark on a half-day narrated city tour that will provide a historical account of Cleveland’s growth. This route will take you through all of the major areas of Cleveland. See the mix of classic and modern architecture from the comfort of the city’s charming trolleys. Enjoy stop highlights (subject to availability) such as the Cleveland Museum of Art, and the Wade Memorial Chapel. *Note: The Museum of Art is closed on Mondays. A substitution will be made on dates affected by closure.

ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME In Cleveland, enjoy included entry to the famous Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Cleveland was chosen over New York, San Francisco, Memphis, and Chicago as the location for this showcase of musical excellence. With seven floors of exhibits, explore this complex at your leisure and learn about the world’s greatest musicians and how they made rock and roll history. Be certain to pick up your voucher at the Purser’s Desk.

NIAGARA FALLS (PORT COLBORNE), ONTARIO Arriving at Niagara Falls, board the Hornblower boat to experience the majestic and mighty falls up close. Stand on the outer decks to feel the falls’ spray as you get close. Otherwise, there are glass walls that will protect you from the spray. We will then continue to Queen’s Landing, where we will enjoy a buffet-style lunch. After lunch, we will visit the charming, historical town of Niagaraon-the-Lake for shopping opportunities. Then, tour JacksonTriggs, named “Best Canadian Winery” in both international and domestic competitions.

TORONTO, ONTARIO Enjoy a narrated city tour of Toronto, led by our knowledgeable guide. This half-day city tour includes the downtown business district, Yorkville, where we will see the Ontario Parliament Buildings, Chinatown, and the Distillery District. Stops for closer looks, and photo opportunities will be made throughout the tour. You may also explore Toronto on your own. For your convenience, we will offer shuttles to the Distillery District, where the former Gooderham & Worts distillery is located. The district was a derelict collection of 47 Victorian Industrial buildings until 2003 when it had been newly restored and named a national historic site. Here, you can walk through the historical buildings which now house an array of art studios, cafes, and micro-breweries – carefully preserving the atmosphere of the 19th century.

BROCKVILLE, ONTARIO Embark on a relaxing drive while we make our way to Kingston, Ontario. As we drive through the city of Kingston, we will see historical highlights including the campus of Queen’s University, one of Canada’s foremost universities, founded in 1841 by the Church of Scotland and by Royal Charter from Queen Victoria. We will also visit the Fort Henry National Historic Site, an authentic 19th century British military fortress dating back to the War of 1812. Witness this majestic fort, high above Kingston harbor on Lake Ontario, before continuing to the Royal Military College. Then, we will see the Rideau Canal System, built between 1826 and 1832 to protect the naval shipyards in Kingston, allowing transportation and a secure supply route between Montreal and Kingston.

QUEBEC CITY, QUÉBEC DAY I On this half-day excursion we will tour Quebec City, exploring many of the city’s highlights. At the Plains of Abraham, see the point where the battle between invading English forces and defenders took place just before the town was captured. Travel through the historic Quebec City, touring the picturesque Place Royale in the lower-town as we make our way to Montmorency falls, where we will ride a cable car to the top for a spectacular view across the Ile d’ Orleans. In addition to this city tour, you may also enjoy a complimentar y shuttle to Lower Town, Old Quebec, the city’s original s et t l e m e n t t h a t is full of historic buildings, shops, and quaint eateries.

DAY II This half-day excursion includes a visit to the WendatHuron First Nation Village located in Lorette, QC. On this authentic First Nation experience, we will get a glimpse into the history, traditions, and way of life of the Wendat-Huron Nation. Here, we will be led by a native guide wearing traditional apparel, to the longhouse and the tee-pee as we learn about the way of life and the history of the Wendat-Huron people. As we explore the village, we will have the opportunity to visit the largest, and most-complete aboriginal art & craft centre in the region.
