RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you are satisfied with your order but if you need to return your order you need to obtain an authorisation number before any goods may be returned. You can call 1800 335 997 (country and interstate) or Melbourne (03)8420 1026 to get your authorisation number. All garments must be returned within 21 days from the date on the orginal invoice and in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed with all the labels attached to be accepted for return or exchange. No refunds or exchange on jewellery or accessories. We will happily exchange your garments if you need an alternate size (within 21 days from the date on the original invoice). The cost of shipping is paid for by the customer. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless the garments are faulty or not as ordered). Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Include your name, address and phone number. All items are included in good faith on the basis that the goods, as described, will be available at the time of sale. Failure by a supplier to deliver in accordance with the sample description at all, or other unintentional causes, may result in some lines being unavailable. Measuring Tips Below are some tips to help you order the correct size. In all instances, hold tape firm and level, but not tight. Bust: Lift your arms up your sides and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest. Waist: Measure around your waistline at the level where you normally wear your pants. Keep a finger between your body and the measuring tape for an accurate fit. Hips: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips. Inseam: Using a pair of pants that fit well, measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.
