Waterfront Non WF

Noteworthy from 2013 Record sale of $3.6 million was for a contemporary NON waterfront Rosedale Home built in 2004. The area with the most number of upper tier homes sold was Gig Harbor South, which includes Wollochet Bay.

Noteworthy from 2014 Record sale of $2.96 million was for a remodeled waterfront home in the harbor with a substantial dock. The two areas with the most number of upper tier homes sold were Gig Harbor South and Fox Island. There was also a significant uptick in homes sales in general over the $950,000 price point in 2014, up from 23 to 38 total.
