God is on the move at VPC! Your help is what makes it possible to serve our community, teach rising generations, and put on the events and programs that help others learn about Jesus. Where is God calling you to connect at VPC? This space will be used to highlight different volunteer opportunities in our community. Oasis Kids! needs your help. The weekly group of kids has grown so much that we are in need of assistance. There are several varied opportunities to get involved. The time commitment is 90 minutes each Wednesday (can vary depending on time of year). Interested? Email Family Ministry Director Tina Gilbreath: tinag@vpc.chuch.

Valley Presbyterian Foundation Dinner: A Night at the Movies Friday, March 27, 2020 vpc.church/foundation VPF is excited to once again host the Annual Foundation Dinner. Please save the date and look for more details to come! Proceeds raised benefit VPC campus and ministries. Learn more contact our Foundation office. Volunteers needed.

If closed, please leave no items!! Contact Jan or Kathy to schedule other drop off times. Items we are collecting are to be in good and usable condition. Accepting clothing, shoes, purses, small appliances and kitchen ware, and holiday items. No furniture please. Proceeds support missions in our community and around the world.

Annual Congregational Meeting

Together with others traveling this path, you will find support, encouragement, and experience personal and spiritual growth through the healing power of God's presence. Community experts will address each issue and equip pastors and church leaders to respond with the best and most appropriate care to those in their church.

VPC has commonly held our Annual Congregational Meeting on a Tuesday evening. We're excited to move this time to a Sunday morning to be able to involve more of the community! The meeting will be held to vote on Pastor Terms of Call, various financial officers, and the following: Elect Ron Norris as a Trustee of the Foundation, class of 2021.

Boy Scout Troop 441 Celebrating 60 years @ VPC Troop 441 has been around since 1960! This organization has meant a lot to many in the VPC community; some of our members were in Troop 441 as kids. We are thankful for their sense of service and desire to mentor young men.

Join us as we learn to understand the challenges women transitioning out of the correctional system face, how their struggles affect the wider community, and what Arouet is doing to facilitate their successful re-entry into society. As a result, we hope members of our community will be more educated about local social justice issues and feel compelled to get involved. *Donate new and gently-used handbags. Arouet will fill them with personal hygiene items and give to the women as they leave the correctional facility.
