In Las Vegas, home means hospitality. It’s part of our culture and was a large part of the beginning of Donna McLean’s career. Prior to being a Las Vegas REALTOR®, Donna was a Casino Host at Wynn/Encore and MGM Resorts International Luxury Properties (Aria, Bellagio, Mandalay, Mirage & MGM Grand) taking care of requests from high rollers. She handled everything from hotel accommodations to the best seats at restaurants and shows and enjoyed going above and beyond for special requests. Donna adds, “This gave me the experience to provide the highest level of customer service to clients, how to handle negotiations and maintain a profitable business.”

Today, Donna brings that concierge mentality to the world of real estate. She treats every client like a VIP, because they are! “I love taking care of people,” says Donna. “I really love hearing about what my client’s goals are and not just meeting them, but doing my very best to exceed their expectations.” It’s all about winning for her clients. She also notes that it’s the simple parts of customer service that really make the difference: answering your phone, being there for questions, and really, showing up and doing your best. Basically, treating each client like they are your own family.

In Donna’s home, she is a loving mother of two to Loki (19) and Ethan (15), and in a loving relationship with best friend, Zach Connell. To round off the family, she is also a dog mom to a German Shepherd named Milo, and an Akita named Karma. Donna’s son, Loki McLean recently became a licensed REALTOR® in August 2022 and is currently working on all rental requests. Loki’s promise is a great source of pride for Donna, as she adds, “I have no doubt that he will be successful, because like me, he also genuinely cares and has excellent work ethic. He’s going to crush it.” Together with their team, they are excited to grow their sales and break records in real estate this year.
