WASHINGTON Principal Designer

NEET Design Group has landed in Vegas making an impact. Having expanded from Newport Beach, October marks their one-year anniversary. But don’t let that fool you- the word has gotten out!

This year, they have matched up with investors and completed five Airbnb’s in Las Vegas, Scottsdale, and Cleveland. Nenah Washington is the Principal Designer, leading a team of talented designers and artists that outperform by insisting on and delivering desirable spaces that suit the owner/client.

“One of my favorite projects is the recently completed Eyediology Vision Care Store in Summerlin. It was time for a refresh, and we were able to hone in on the style of the owners. One of the challenges was the small frame that comes with working on a Boutique. I promise you; the smaller dimensions only enhanced our creative efforts. The same holds true for our residential projects; a condo, 2nd home, or spacious floorplan we deliver style not just trends.”

Factor in Nenah’s background in Fashion, her real estate license, her schooling in Interior Design, and it all makes sense. Her wellrounded background has blended into a secret sauce leading to a trail of happy clients.
