Trius Dinner Series: Burger Night

$79 for Wine Club members, plus tax and 18% gratuity

Launch the BBQ season with a 3-course dinner on our outdoor Brut Bar patio. Start the evening with our Trius Hearts of Baby Gem Lettuce Salad, followed by our famous Trius Red Burger - an in-house made rib eye burger blended with Trius Red and topped with Icewine Onion Jam. You’ll finish the evening with a dessert prepared with Ontario strawberries. Your meal includes a flight of wine which will start with Trius Brut and include Trius Red and Trius Rosé. Vegetarian and gluten-free burgers will also be offered. Dietaries will be accommodated where possible.

The Gretzky Estates Tour

Join us for a 40-minute guided tour that reveals the secrets behind Wayne’s wine and spirits! This experience celebrates family, history, and Wayne Gretzky’s dream of opening a world-class estate. You’ll discover our love of spirits and get a behind-thescenes look at our distillery equipment. You’ll learn the process of crafting Wayne’s favourite wines and enjoy samples along the way.
