This month in WMU history: In 1918, the school newspaper––The Western Normal Herald––announced that Western would now be a four-year college.


Built in 1968, Campus Fountain is a popular spot for graduation photos. Last summer the fountain received a facelift with granite slabs salvaged from the former Upjohn Co. world headquarters.
