DESIGN APPROACH 设计方法 Each landscape element can be different dimension of LEGO BLOCKS, piled and assembly in varied ways to reshape new space for make new funcky landscape. The site will finally looks liks a massive LEGO work. 用五彩乐高块代表不同的景观元素, 用乐高游戏的方式建立概念模型, 创造一个充满活力的多层次的景观 空间。

Shoreditch has it background in commercial and industrial development, and it's well known of one of a kind stylish funky culture in London, attracting hipster, artist and designer to settle around. The successful of box park and pop-up shop shows the huge potential of the Station to become a multi-functional hub. 伦敦肖尔迪奇区在贸易和工业发展方面有悠久的历史,随着后来大量自由以儒家的迁入,成就了 如今东伦敦有着强烈个性标签的潮人聚集地。这里时时刻刻可以激发出年轻人的灵感:集装箱公园, 品牌游击店等。超高的人气证明了: 这将是一座充满商业价值和绿色发展潜力的公共活动枢纽地。

It has been designed to consider the LEED Gold accreditation, through effective and efficient use of water, reduction of urban heat island effect by decreasing the amount of paved surfaces and increasing the green ratio, taking into account the microclimate of each zone. By screening the north-westerly winter winds and welcoming the southeasterly summer winds that are cooled further by passing a large water feature in the south. 本项目设计以美国 LEED 绿色建筑白金认证为 标准,为降低城市热岛效应对环境和住户的负 面影响,减少硬质铺装面积。 通过场地分析发现该地冬季西北侧较冷且多强 风,炎热的夏季东南风较多。 针对场地内不 同的微气候,设计丰富的植物种植,有效阻挡 寒风,降暑,以创造舒适的环境,同时高效地 利用了水资源。

Correlates with the topography of the site, creating a dynamic nature of landscape corridors which flow through the site and provides unique moments, spaces and elements, incorporating functions and spaces to respond to the festivities, neighborhood amenity and a site that embraces its cultural heritage. 根据地势,河道两侧的动态景观和水流走势一同变化,带动着周边的活 动和发展,展现出当地的历史文化。

sustainable design 可持续设计 SUSTAINABLE WATER STRATEGY 海绵公园:可持续排水策略 Surface run-off in the Condominium Courtyards and the roof top gardens is directed into the landscape areas, from which then gets diverted to the Sponge Park for filtration. 为减少强降雨带来的洪水发生的可能性,将公寓庭院和屋顶花园收集的地表水引入海绵公园进行净 化利用之后,多余的水分流入水渠,排入河中。
