Winterspring CommunitySupported Agriculture Launch and Seedling Sale
Winterspring Farm, in West Bend, is registering customers for their 2023 community-supported agriculture (CSA) program. Community-supported agriculture allows consumers to pay for a share of the season’s harvest and receive fresh, locally grown farm products throughout the season. In addition to offering their own produce, Winterspring has partnered with farms to offer eggs, mushrooms and flower bouquets as add-on options.
In addition, Winterspring will hold its annual seedling sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., May 13. Seedlings can be preordered through WinterspringCSA.com/seedlingsale prior to May 13, or purchased on-site on a first-come, first-serve basis.
In late 2022, the farm closed on a purchase for 30 undeveloped acres in Allenton, Wisconsin. Over the next three years, Winterspring plans to build a new farm in that space.

Try Reflexology To Shake Off Winter Aches and Stiffness
Linda Utecht of Renewed You Reflexology is offering reflexology, a non-invasive form of energy medicine. “It is the scientific study of reflexes and the application of techniques for a specific outcome,” explains Utecht. “Reflexology is a complementary therapy that maps a reflection of the body onto the feet, hands, face and ears. These areas are stimulated to relieve tension and increase blood flow and lymph movement.”
Utecht uses direct stimulation, applied with varying degrees of pressure, to areas of the feet and/or hands, which reflect the organs of the body and helps reduce the stress and tension in the body. It may help such conditions as plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, migraines and joint pain.
Location: Green Square Center, 6789 N. Green Bay Rd., Ste. U4, Glendale. For more information, call 414-852-7870 or visit Renewed-You-Reflexology.Square.Site. See ad, page46.
MAITREYA, THE WORLD TEACHER is here to guide and assist humanity into the New Time, and says: “In equal measure to the present discord, so will be the peace.”
“Maitreya has come into the world with the knowledge that there is a large body of people who are longing, and able, to co-operate, whose view of life is one of co-operation, justice, and freedom for everyone. He is here to inspire and confirm those who see co-operation as the way forward, and awaken those who are holding on to the old competitive modes.”
