Jumeirah Gate The Address Hotel & Residences Jumeirah Gate is a mixed-use twin 77 storey tower development that accommodates a 182 key five-star hotel, 479 residential apartments as well as 496 address branded service apartments. The project is a multi-storey, mixed-use development which will have an effective built up area of approximately 242,000m2 The towers have a total height of 290m occuping prime location at the end of JBR beach. The building comprises three podium levels which make up the front and back-of -house. The western tower holds 14 floors dedicated to hotel and 54 floors of services apartments. The eastern tower is occupied with 68 floors of residential apartments. The building is topped by a roof-top destination restaurant, bar and infinity pool. The podium includes a wide selection of specialty restaurants, an all-day dining restaurant and destination bars along with landscaped pool decks.

The tower’s pure form is an ellipse in plan with a void in the centre that serves to increase daylight penetration and views to the Palm, JBR beach and the horizon. In essence the building functions as two towers with separate cores that are connected at the base for the lobby and at the top for the penthouses and sky lofts.

Hilton Hotel Resort & Spa Hilton Hotel and Resorts, a 23,800 sq.m. development, is an expansion to the existing Hilton Beach Club in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The site is predominantly located on a curved stretch of beachfront facing the Arabian Gulf.

The hotel comprises of a Ground + Four Storey structure spread horizontally with an overall massing of low rise structures which steps back as the height increases, thus maximizing views of the beach. Extensive landscaping throughout the entire resort adds to the comfort and natural beauty of the site and enhances the overall value of the development. The design emphasizes an architectural theme which is a fusion of Islamic, Moorish and Vernacular architecture. It comprises of 205 key Guest rooms, Health Club, Sports facilities and Chalets, with a variety of Recreational Spaces.

Hilton Capital Grand, Abu Dhabi A joint venture between Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) and Al Farida Group, this urban destination is the most talked about project.

Spanning an area of 114,000 sq.m., the development comprises of 281 room, 5 star hotel with a 30 shop boutique retail mall, spa, business centre and signature dining. The main feature of the building is a 11 Storey glass atrium, within which is enclosed an oyster shaped “Sky Bar” suspended at mid height on the 6th Floor. Alongside the hotel tower is the residencial tower consisting of 146 serviced apartments and 91 residences. The building features mosiac style, multi-colored facade. The curvature represents the sand dunes while the blue and green color of the facade represents the Arabian Gulf.

P17 tower Located on a prominent site in the vicinity of Emirates Towers and DIFC on the Sheikh Zayed road, the tower is designed as a unique landmark building portraying a luxurious lifestyle. Standing tall at an impressive height of 337m., the layered planes of the building dynamically move sideways to produce a challenging form. The tower constantly changes its appearance with the movement of people and sun.
