WHO WE ARE
The Soluna Group was born out of a friendship and a 14-year collaboration. In 2017, Chrysta Wilson and Laura Valles established Soluna Group as a multiracial, women-led firm dedicated to building healthy families, strong communities, and thriving children. Using an intersectional equity approach, we work with community groups, nonprofits, philanthropic organizations, and government agencies to strengthen their capacity to address structural and historical factors such as racism, classism, intergenerational poverty, and government disinvestment to create lasting transformational change. As a team, we are deeply committed to community change, race equity, and social justice and use a variety of approaches, including facilitation, training, technical assistance, and coaching.
