Architectural remodeling for an old house located in Houston , Texas. The design concept of the new house facade was to create a new mixed material facade following the old geometry of the house with modern materials , while putting in consideration the environmental aspects and best light penetration through the building cover to the interior , while improving the curb appeals for the house .

Elevation remodeling is the process of redesigning the exterior of a building. The goal is to create something that looks more appealing, or at least more in line with what the client wants. This can involve adding or removing windows, changing the color of materials, or changing the shapes and textures on the outside of the building. The project consisted of a complete façade remodeling, renovation and redesign of the front elevation. The exterior was completely renovated to improve curb appeal and increase the overall value of the property.

The bohemian scheme was used in the bedroom because it allows you to be more creative, versatile and individual. This master bedroom employs neutral colors paired with green elements to achieve the bohe mian style. The wicker lighting units and iron headboard add a rustic feel, while the light natural wood flooring helps create an open feel in the room. The design offers the best of the Bohemian style, with luxurious fabrics and rich gold accents. Hand-carved wood framing, in tricate patterned rugs, and a dra matic chandelier create an at mosphere that is both vintage and luxurious.

Creating wall coverings behind the desk area helped to emphasize the main ele ment in the room while creating a cozy beatufil surrounding with the modern concrete painting with the use of golden wall stripes thar gave the space attracti richness.
The project aimed to create more than just a place to get some work done. It’s also a space that reflects your interests and style, so it’s important to make it as cozy and comfortable as possible when choosing furniture for your workspace.
