project brief Vinohradská \ Vinohradská is a proposal that aims to create a mixed-use, residential and commercial complex with high utility value as well as public ammenities with local significance in the heart of Prague.

The aim is to focus on showcasing sustainable, contemporary and modern architecture whislt respecting the urban heritage context of Vinohrady.

The proposal builds on organizing the volumes in alignment with the vinohrady context whilst differentiating them in their architectural treatment and facade expressions. Creating architectural richness within the block, bringing unique identities to the individual volumes but harmonizing as a whole.
