Proposal for a private residence in Larnaca,Cyprus January 2014 This project was a client’s choice to buy a current edifice, retain the structure and renovate to a private residence. The building is located on Dekhelia road at the seafront side. The client requested a four bedroom house with an open plan living room-dining and kitchen area. Two of the bedrooms are wished to be located on ground floor.

The current building will be reinforced structurally and rebuild the walls and floors. The first floor will accommodate two bedrooms, and a sitting area with a veranda with barbeque facilities. The roof will be used as a roof garden.

School for leather crafting year 3 The historical city of Orvieto, has a long tradition in arts and crafts. Amongst other, leather crafting has been most popular in the rest of the world for its contribution to the fashion industry. This school is aimed to promote this craftsmanship and revive socially the town, as it appeals to the younger generation. Architecturally, the building is designed in a a series of split levels with transparent dividers for light and collaboration of each department. Pre-fabricated concrete panels whom textures resemble the diversity of leather skins, dresses the facade while glazed panels exhibits the products and allows natural light to illuminate the school.
