Get Inspired! Spend some time getting clear on exactly what you want your ideal life to look like. Consider these questions: What do I want? What do I need? What do I want to accomplish? What do I value? How do I want to feel? What can I remove from my list of priorities? If you have too much to focus on, you may feel overwhelmed. What you want is to be able to devote adequate attention to the things that are most important to you. For life balance, consider various areas of your life, such as family, work, health, personal growth, spirituality, etc. You can even try to write out some of the answers if you find it helpful in a journal. You can make one vision board or you can make a vision board that has pages dedicated to different

themes that you decide. It can be on love, attaining a certain “thing”, a feeling it is up to you how you what the focus of your vision board. 2. Cut out photos and words you are drawn to and personify what you intend for the vision of what you want to manifest in your life. Your vision board can be on one topic like abundance or it can be a wellness vision board with each page is a component of wellness, or you can have each one based on topics you are concentrating on. 2. Put folders or scrapbook paper together in an accordion book format. Then tape them together with regular clear tape or decorative tape. 3. Arrange and rearrange images and words, weaving together layers of meaning that call to your soul on each page depending on your decision on what to focus on in your portable vision board. 4. Add embellishments like stickers, stamps, glitter, paint, and whatever you want to enhance the message of your vision board. The inspiration for the accordion format is from a book called The Right-Brain Business Plan by Jennifer Lee. It is a wonderful resource to look at business planning through visuals. MEDITATE ON IT After you create your vision board, meditate on it! Look at your board each day and really believe that these images on paper will become reality! With a portable vision board, you can have it travel with you and pull it out to visualize and activate your manifestation with more potency.
