Specification Aboriginal village is part of the traditional villages in Alor Gajah. These existing Temuan tribe villages are to be considered as the sensitive area that needs some buffering due to their continuous practice of traditional lifestyle and culture.

Based on map in Figure 6.2.2(i), the dark red spot area that indicate the highest sensitive area towards cultural resources in Alor Gajah cover the area outside to the capital city of Alor Gajah. It is mostly covered by traditional villages and Melaka Pindah of Mukim Kelemak also took a vital contribution towards this cultural resources area other than Masjid Tanah, Lendu, Taboh Naning and Pulau Sebang. These spots are telling that they consist a lot of elements from the myth, legend & folklore, gastronomy, handicraft, performing art, cultural diversity, aboriginal village and traditional agriculture. Hence, these area are very critical to be preserved and maintained to avoid the cultural elements from extinsion.
6.2.3 Historical & Cultural ESA After Historical Environmental Sensitive Area (ESA) and Cultural Environmental Sensitive Area (ESA) map has been produced, both maps were overlayed each other to produce the Historical & Cultural ESA map for the Alor Gajah district. This is to indicate the area with high sensitivity of historical and cultural resources.
