School for the community, by the community, and a community in itself. The project brief was to construct a school with traditional materials that would bring out the character of the community as a whole. When it says a SCHOOL, it not only means a learning space but also a space where the chidren learn along with other activities like playing, interacting with children elder or younger than their age, where there is scope to interact on a larger level.
