INGREDIENTS FOR IDLI PAKORA: •3/4 cup sooji/semolina the regular one •3/8 (half of 3/4) cup Curd •3/8 (half of 3/4) cup water •1 tsp salt •1/2 tsp eno/baking soda •1/2 tsp Powdered sugar •1-2 tbsp water if needed •1.5 cup chawla dal/lobia dal/ black- eyed peas soaked in 3 cups of water over night. •Salt to taste •1 tsp red chilli powder •1.5 tsp coriander seeds •1.5 tsp fennel seeds •4-5 tbsp water •Handful of chopped coriander leaves •Oil for frying the pakora
