Najwa Nadhir - Developing Business Properties Najwa Nadhir, after a career working as a court clerk for the state of Michigan’s 46th and 48th district, wanted to get into property development. As the CEO of BOSC Realty Advisors, she does just that and helps businesses find their ideal retail space for their target audience and their community.

BOSC started developing retail space in 1989, when it bought and renovated Topinka’s Plaza in Detroit. From then on, BOSC’s work has expanded throughout the Detroit area and to new areas across the country like many of the national chains it works with.

Najwa Nadhir wanted to turn retail space into areas attractive to both businesses and their customers so the entire community wins with her company’s investment. Nadhir and BOSC have worked with many large companies with stores all over the United States as well as small local businesses with vested interests in helping their communities and providing services and products for their neighbors. Nadhir works with companies to help them reach their customers in their communities and expand to new areas. BOSC has worked with a wide variety of companies and organizations in this capacity.

BOSC has helped small businesses expand and large businesses offer their services to communities where they are in demand. Customers and property owners alike have benefitted from the work that BOSC has done in many shopping centers and storefronts throughout the United States. Najwa Nadhir will continue to help in that effort and make more services more available in areas throughout the US. Empty storefronts are no help to anyone. BOSC renovates these abandoned properties so that more businesses and customers will come back to the area and create opportunities for jobs and economic prosperity.

BOSC started its work in Najwa Nadhir’s home city of Detroit long before the recession hit and damaged Detroit’s economic infrastructure to the point of bankruptcy. As the city has begun its long recovery, it’s apparent that the rise of small businesses and the development of new retail areas has aided in this process.
