About Us
Who We Are
NALC Group originally started life as a traditional Midlands-based Auction House selling property and land. The group has expanded rapidly based on the initial success and client demand and now incorporates a second auction business London City Auctions focusing on the London market. We also have a team based in the middle east who actively promote property to the Arabic speaking world. Our property sales operations are supported by a dedicated marketing team who have had considerable success in attracting overseas buyers’, particularly from the Middle East, the Far East and China.
We have built a team of experienced property professionals backed by accountants and lawyers able to deliver innovative solutions to property issues.
Our Approach
Despite the many hundreds of properties that each of our team has dealt with each property is unique and we take the time to assess it and provide realistic advice on reserves and guide prices. Once the instruction is confirmed we will put together a marketing plan and ensure that the property receives the maximum exposure during the marketing period.
Our ethos is about building long-term working relationships, we work closely with our introducers and never forget that it is your client relationship which we are there to protect. We are also happy to acknowledge your introduction in the auction catalogue exposing your branding to a wider audience.
