COMMUNITY CENTER Back Bay, Boston - Social - Educational - Residential
My intention is to create a coliving, learning and working space for young women and people of color, in order to better represent the communities. This community center represents a resistance framework from gender and race segregation and now establlishing a community identity that promotes equity and inclusion.

ADU Accesory Dweling Units Dorchester, MA - Residential
The main goal was to design an attached modern duplex for two families that can speak the same language but that celebrates its individualism. I wanted to enforce visual connections between these families and tenants through open areas and shared spaces while being mindful of privacy. As well as a more flexible and open circulation that brings people together and facilitates users to relate better.

MULTI FAMILY HOUSING Guayaquil, Ecuador - Residential
This 4 story housing was designed for two families living on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Finding a balance between privacy and openess and spaces to relax but also work from home took a big influence on the design. The shared couryard reinforce visual connection between residents. Private, semi-private and exposed spaces are found throughout each floor, which makes for an enjoyable and pleasant experience. https://yulio.com/uoMQzxUvFW
