About the Artist

An Artist born and raised in India. She’s a biotech grad, trained painter, creative artist, digital illustrator and instructor, certified in fine arts & Animation. Turning her biggest passion into her profession she specialises in creating Oil and Acrylic paintings and surreal digital illustrations. From commissioned art works, mosaics, designing logos to illustrating kids storybooks, she has left no stone unturned in showing her creativity.

She is fortunate to be born to a mother who’s a painter and drew her first inspiration from her. She started painting at a very young age and her deep love and inclination towards painting gave her a boost to participate in many contests and won many prizes.She successfully held workshops and worked in many reputed institutes to spread her knowledge and been able to share her creativity with many students of varied age groups. Her intense love for art took her beyond the boundaries of her own country giving her a chance to explore art at a global level. She is now in UAE participating in various art exhibitions. Her inspiration comes from her adventures, imaginations and reference photos. Deeply inspired from nature,her paintings always showcase that love in the form of vibrant colours, animal portraits, floral paintings, still life, mystic landscapes, sunsets, a beach outing, etc. Her adventure trips always finds a way to be depicted in her artworks. She always tries to bring in the beauty from her experiences onto canvas.

Her works are in oil and acrylic medium & influenced by traditional techniques. She works with brushes, knives and fingers to create different layers and textures imparting visual depth in her paintings. She is fond of impressive and bold brush strokes, loves experimenting with light and shadows, and uses fine details in her art works. Her paintings reflect the joy and aliveness she senses around. She uses both earthy and vivid colours and always finds a beautiful colour scheme to depict in her work.

While being an artist is a difficult tug-of-war between her inner dreamer and critic, she has grown to love this process a lot. It hasn't just taught her much about the world, but also about herself. Her goal as an artist is to spread the joy and aliveness she experiences from nature.
