Brain drain

Brain drain literally means immigration of skilled and educated members from motherland to other nation. These members get education from mother land and when a chance comes to work, they prefer to work for another country for better salary. After getting qualified they feel proud to fly to other countries and get job they feel proud to settle in other country. They even act as if they belong to another country and they find fault with the mother country. They tell so many reasons like political, technological and the like. The bright economic prospects pull them forcefully. They feel great to have Employment opportunity and get a Green Card and settle there. They travel to faraway places and settle comfortably. Thus, the talented members brain is drained. Their resources are used by other Nation. They feel delighted to get lumpsum fat 6-digit salary and leads a happy life. They also complain that the technology is not good in India and the salary is not enough. For all of them it has become a fashion and a passion. Flying with a lot of reason. They feel they are safeguarded and secured also feel very happy to be in the lap of another country. They feel their knowledge is utilized well. It is like a mother waiting for her son to serve her, mother India too waits for the children and serve the nation, but disappointed. How will your mother feel if a child deserts and serves another mother? same way Mother India too feels sad. As a gardener waits for the harvest of the crop, Mother India too waits for the citizen to yield crop, alas! they do not know the real value of the mother land but they neglect Mother India. It is a heavy loss for the nation. Beyond Technology, beyond money, beyond luxury something is there, that is love, love for the motherland we call it as patriotism. If we don’t show our love, care and concern for motherland in this way, how else are we going to show our love for the mother land? Taking and utilizing our scholarship, stipend and counselling enjoying all privilege while studying, later flying away means, what is the justice? in what way it is logic? How nice if all the educated people serve in India like doctors, teachers, engineer software people, scholars, India will surely become number one country in the whole world. Different problems are there, everywhere we must learn to adjust and understand. it is really pathetic to notice that all the Nobel Prize winners except Rabindranath Tagore settled abroad. My blood boils when I hear Indians uttering I belong to ….. nation, I am a citizen of ….. I am a green card holder of ….. I am a permanent citizen of …. and so on. They are happy over there and doing the best. They are doing a lot for other country and making them proud. develop and improve, in fact the brain drain helps other country’s growth and development. Our country’s strength is lost. The real strength lies in the efficient people, but they suck the blood of the mother nicely and desolated just like that. Still mother India waits for her dear children with outstretched arms
