ABOUT THE PROJECT
WE SPECIALIZE IN DESIGN, INNOVATION, MANUFACTURING, AND WORLDWIDE DISTRIBUTION.
The SimpleNexus team likes high-quality brands. They like the ‘wow’ factor, so we knew this project would be fun. SimpleNexus is a digital platform that is used by most of the mortgage industry. They facilitated a conference in Snowbird, Utah, and the brief was simple: “we want to impress with on-theme products that people will be excited to receive.” After a few rounds of ideation, we settled on Stanley®, The North Face®, iHome™, and Snuggie®. As SimpleNexus sold sponsorships, we finalized the design and produced the products. At the end of the day, we created the room drops, supporting material, name badges, etc. We gift-wrapped items (labeled by sponsor and participant), assembled name badges, and labeled boxes for easy setup. ‘Wow’ accomplished!
LOOKBOOK FIRST QUARTER
Two of the most common questions our clients ask are, “What’s new?” and “What’s trending?” An ongoing focus for large buyers is identifying new trends and products, allowing them to maximize their promotional budget. Name Brand shares your goal of wanting to give away products that resonate, last, and elicit a ‘wow’ from the recipient. The truth is that there is no secret formula to achieving this. Rather, hard work, market research, and a consistent drive to identify new angles on core ideas leads us to create this desired outcome. A new initiative at Name Brand is to commit these trends to a printed piece that we can distribute to our clients and prospects. Arriving soon is the first edition of our ‘lookbook’. Its goal is to deliver highbrow, concept-driven resources that share with you the products and ideas that inspire us.

SHREDDING PROMO STANDARDS 44° NORTH ® SNOWBOARD Some people want to be cool and some just are. When 44° North® asked us about creating a snowboard, it wasn’t because they wanted to look cool. They wanted a product that fit their brand’s style; cool people enjoying cool things. Most promotional snowboards are props used for product display. The 44° North® snowboards are real, usable boards made right here in the Mountain West and designed in Boise, Idaho. Our portfolio now includes longboards, snowboards, and paddleboards!
