Once upon a time there were five friends; their names were JOE,IRIS, GIUSEPPE,COSMINA AND OLGA. JOE was from the Czech Republic, IRIS was from Greece , GIUSEPPE was from Italy , Cosmina was from Romania and OLGA was from Serbia. They never left each other. They were all committed to finding a way to save our world. “There must be a way! There must be a magical solution that will help save the world from poverty, hunger, inequality, injustice, climate change, deforestation, water scarcity and all those problems our world is facing” they were thinking.
Joe was with his friends Iris, Giuseppe, Cosmina and Olga at the stadium Bazaly Ostrava where he was playing football. When all finished they waited until a few people left because the stadium was very crowded. As soon as the most of the people had left, they started to leave slowly AND they noticed a strange bottle lying under seat number 3 they took it and went to Joe.
When they found joe, they sat around the table and opened the bottle in which there was a rolled-up piece of paper with the number 3 on which it stood ....
He read the message. Congratulations on finding an important health message. The scroll of paper says: You can do a few simple things to help improve people's health and well-being, such as reducing child and maternal mortality, preventing diseases and rebellion epidemics, but it's not easy. Ensuring free access to hospitals and reducing drug and alcohol use can help reduce car accident mortality.If someone does just a little, we can change the world to a better place for everyone! You can change it !!
Olga, Cosmina and Iris suggested the organization of free checkups, and lowering the price of medicine, while Joe and Guiseppe said that they could organize humanitarian trips where they would help the people to collect different herbs for medicine.
They then went to the closest pharmacies, hospitals and Health centres to raise awareness and ask if there are other ways to help. AS THEY WERE TAKING ACTION, IRIS NOTICED SOMETHING ELSE IN THE BOTTLE .
THERE WAS ANOTHER MESSAGE IN THE BOTTLE TOO. Dear Joe, Iris, Giuseppe, Cosmina and Olga, I don’t know the time you come from, nor the state of your society. I am writing this message to let you know the happy condition in which the inhabitants of the earth are in 2030. The quality of air, water and soil has greatly improved in the last decade thanks to the reduction of industrial waste fumes and the moderate use of fossil fuels. Today we no longer hear of deaths from environmental pollution. Lung infections, tumors caused by long exposure to UV sources are now a distant reality.
Everyone prefers a dynamic lifestyle, enhancing sport and healthy nutrition, in a system naturally integrated with the wildlife world: the houses are surrounded by greenery, the energy transition has made it possible to mitigate the effects of climate change and everyone lives in a condition of psycho-physical well-being. The human being has evolved on a holistic level.

The five friends were amazed by the PRECISION of the message contained in the bottle and began to wonder where it came from, They knew they had to do something, but what? the message made them think about what they could do to help and what they shouldn't do, their goal was to improve the health and well being of people. Olga suggested free checkups, Cosmina and Iris suggested lowering the price of medicines, Joe and Guseppe said they could organize humanitarian trips where they would help people gather different herbs for necessary medicines. all these ideas were amazing, but at some point they had a different idea... They thought that those ideas, however magnificent they were, couldn't be fulfilled by them alone, so they left the stadium and went to the town hall to meet the mayor. But of course, when they tried to enter they were stopped because they were kids. So, they headed to the mayor's room and after finding it they went inside. There the mayor looked at them and asked them what they were doing there, and so the five friends replied telling her about the message and what they wanted to do. The mayor was very kind and listened to them and when they finished talking she said: “Very nice these ideas guys! We will help you to fulfill them”.
The friends, after having talked with the mayor, left very happy and confident. The next day They met after school and decided that in order to complete one of their ideas, namely that of lowering the prices of medicines, they had to petition the pharmacists, to reach an adequate number of members, so that they could apply to the state to reduce medicines prices. Almost all the pharmacists told them:
“We give you an advice”, between those, few disagreed. So the five friends began to tell them all the advantages of signing this petition, such as people who have financial problems and illnesses will be able to afford the appropriate medicines. After getting the signatures, the 5 boys gathered in a courtyard to rework their plan and Giuseppe said that, if they really wanted that the petition convinced the heads of State to reduce the prices of medicines and to make medical treatments free, they had to extend the petition to all the pharmacists of the State. But how to make this possible? So they had an idea: Francesca, Simone, Francesco ,Francesco III B, Italy
using the most accessible and the faster way, the Internet, to share their petition, they could gather all the consents they needed. Fortunately, everyone of the friends, had the competences and an huge number of followers on social media to ensure the petition arrived to all the people and pharmacists of the Country. In the following days, they noticed that the petition has been signed by pharmacists and doctors from all the State;
some of them sent also encouraging messages in which they expressed happiness and support for this project. To celebrate this event, a few days later the friends went to Giuseppe’s house, but at some point they heard someone knocking at the door…

THEY ALL LOOKED AT EACH OTHER SHOCKED BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T EXPECT ANYONE. THEN IRIS WENT TO OPEN THE DOOR WITH HESITATION. THERE WAS STANDING A POPULAR ATHLETE NAMED LISA JOHNSON. THEY INVITED HER IN AND SHE EXPLAINED THAT SHE HAD HEARD ABOUT THEIR IDEA AND WANTED TO LET THEM. SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD SHARE THEIR PROJECT TO THE WHOLE WORLD TO MOTIVATE EVERYBODY TO LEAD A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. THE KIDS WERE REALLY HAPPY AND EXCITED ABOUT HER Eirini K . GR OFFER TO HELP THEM.

THE NEXT DAY THEY CHECKED THEIR PHONES AND SAW THAT SHE HAD POSTED SOME TIPS ABOUT HEALTHY EATING AND TRAINING. THE POST HAD GONE VIRAL! WITH THE HELP OF THE MAYOR THEY DECIDED TO ORGANIZE A FESTIVAL DEDICATED ON GOOD HEALTH AND WELL BEING. A LOT OF PEOPLE SHOWED UP AND IT WAS VERY SUCCESSFUL.
EVERYONE WAS HAPPY. LIFE WIL BE DEFINITELY DIFFERENT in 2030. The houses will be surrounded by greenery, tHERE WILL BE NO POLLUTION. lET’S ALL Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.
We need to find a way to change the world. We have to take the first step. WE NEED TO ACHIEVE OUR VISION OF A HEALTHY WORLD. Together we CAN DO SO MUCH
