The intent behind the project was to provide natural surroundings and complements the resort concept. Consider sustainability principles, local materials, and cultural references in the design Create spaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and harmonious with the environment The aim is for low maintenance and fast construction, hence appropriate techniques and materials were chosen The project inclines toward sustainable and natural building
The entrance pavilion will be strategically located in a visually appealing area, considering the site's topography. It will boast an elegant and striking design that aligns with the resort's concept. A lily pond will be positioned in front of the pavilion, creating a serene and welcoming ambiance. Cross ventilation will be carefully integrated into the pavilion's design to ensure a comfortable environment for guests.
The entrance pavilion's conceptual 3D design is strategically placed in a visually captivating area, utilizing the site's topography. Its elegant and unique architecture complements the resort's concept, while a tranquil lily pond in front enhances the welcoming ambiance and overall serenity of the space.
The Mockup Cottage is purposefully designed to cater to mid-income and affordable users, showcasing elegant and eye-catching architecture that harmonizes with the resort's concept. It offers ample amenities, providing a serene and inviting atmosphere. Careful attention is given to incorporating cross ventilation, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for all guests
After discussing with the clients, there are several changes planned for the mock-up cottage:
1. Siting Area: The existing sitting area will be replaced with a 2-piece couch, offering a more comfortable and spacious seating arrangement
2. Minibar: A minibar will be added near the TV stand to provide convenient access to refreshments while enjoying entertainment
3. Mirror: A mirror will be placed near the bedside table, allowing guests to easily check their appearance or get ready.
4. Big Lamp: A large lamp will be positioned near the two-piece couch to enhance the lighting and create a cozy atmosphere for reading or relaxation
5. Updated Siting Area: The sitting area near the bay window will be updated, although specific details regarding the changes were not provided.
6. Wardrobe and suitcase rack
7. Additionally, there will be changes in the bathroom area where materials will be modified to improve its overall design and functionality.

Detailed site study with context research in order to follow a sustainable approach with given Instructions
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the site's topography, considering slopes, elevation variations, and natural elements. Collect data on the local climate, encompassing temperature ranges, prevailing wind directions, humidity levels, and precipitation patterns Evaluate the site's vegetation and biodiversity, paying attention to protected or endangered species, and develop strategies to minimize disruptions to their habitats Assess the availability and quality of water resources, such as rivers, streams, groundwater, and rainwater runoff, to inform sustainable water management approaches. Create presentation drawings that visually communicate the findings of the analysis, incorporating accurate depictions of topography, climate data, vegetation, and water resources
A comprehensive analysis of the site's topography, considering factors such as slopes, elevation variations, and natural elements Gather detailed data on the local climate, including temperature ranges, prevailing wind directions, humidity levels, and precipitation patterns. Conduct an evaluation of the site's vegetation and biodiversity, with particular attention to protected or endangered species, and develop strategies to protect their habitats and minimize disturbances. Assess the availability and quality of water resources, such as rivers, streams, groundwater, and rainwater runoff, to inform sustainable water management practices.
Subsequently, create presentation drawings that visually communicate the analysis findings. These drawings should include accurate depictions of the topography, climate data, vegetation, and water resources to effectively convey the results of the study
Location - BBPS , Solan, HPThe site sections provide a comprehensive view of the site's profile and varying steepness. The slopes range from 30% to 240% in different sections. Any slope exceeding 30% is inherently unstable and necessitates erosion control mechanisms when conducting construction work. The geological composition adds complexity, as the broken slate lies just beneath the accumulated soil. To address this, a combination of tow walls and gabions is needed for slopes between 30% to 70%, while steeper slopes along proposed roads and buildings demand more sophisticated engineered designs.
The data clearly indicates that only 2 % of the site has slopes below 25 % and 5 % below 45 %. A significant portion, 43 %, consists of slopes ranging from 45 % to 60 %. We strongly advise against constructing in areas with slopes exceeding 60 % and recommend implementing slope stabilization measures during the construction process.
Existing Swales and Ridges
Recommendations: It is essential to safeguard the swale areas and implement measures for conserving soil and moisture.

Important Swales
Among the watersheds, W7 stands as the largest one, housing the main campus building and having the capacity to collect and recharge up to 257 lakh liters of water annually Watershed 9, where the existing spring is located, has the potential to recharge up to 100 lakh liters Additionally, combining W1 and W2, which can serve as our conservation zone, results in a collective recharge capacity of 140 lakh liters
After conducting a thorough site visit, site assessment, in-house studies, and analysis, we propose the following conservation and development strategy for the open space in the project area. These strategies will be expanded upon and elaborated in the scope of services.
The proposed conservation and development strategy for the open space involves dividing it into four distinct zones:
• Zone A - Biodiversity Enhancement Zone and Swale Conservation, Fragrant Zone, Erosion Control & Slope Stabilization, Wilderness Education Trail, Soil & Moisture Conservation Zone
• Zone B - Native Planting, Fragrant Zone, Erosion Control & Slope Stabilization.
• Zone C - Preservation of Catchment of Natural Spring, Biodiversity Enhancement Zone, and Swale Conservation.
• Zone D - Native Planting, Fragrant Zone, Erosion Control & Slope Stabilization for Wildlife and Birdlife Enhancement, Butterfly Garden, Wilderness Education Trail, Soil & Moisture Conservation Zone
Each zone is designed to cater to specific ecological needs and will be further detailed and developed in the subsequent planning and implementation phases

To follow a sustainable approach, select a planting palette that consists of native and adapted plant species. Consider the aesthetics, seasonal interest, and maintenance requirements of each species Utilize Sketch Up, a 3D modeling software, to develop accurate digital representations of the landscape design, including plantings, hardscape features, and the overall layout. Ensure that the models accurately reflect the conceptual context and sustainable principles, incorporating suitable plant species and sustainable design elements Finally, create final views and renderings using high-quality rendering software like Enscape to showcase the visual impact and sustainability features of the landscape, accurately capturing textures, colors, and lighting

Conducting a hand-made slope study involves obtaining topographic data, including contour lines, elevation data, and survey information, from sources such as topographic maps, satellite imagery, or digital elevation models. Analyzing the contour lines helps identify areas with steep slopes, gentle slopes, and flat areas, enabling the estimation of slope gradients using the provided contour intervals This study provides valuable insights into the terrain's characteristics, allowing informed decisions about land use, development, conservation, and landscaping projects

Task is to produce presentation renderings of the drafted sections, highlighting the placement of trees in three distinct seasons: summer, winter, and autumn Arrange the trees within each section according to their designated zones, considering the climate and region. Select tree species that are appropriate for the given environment and ensure their seasonal characteristics, such as foliage color and texture, are accurately represented. Create visually appealing renderings that showcase the seasonal variations and effectively communicate the tree placements within the sections
My objective is to design visually appealing renderings that display the arrangement of trees in three distinct seasons: summer, winter, and autumn. I will carefully organize the trees in each section according to their designated zones, considering the specific climate and region To ensure the authenticity of the renderings, I will select tree species that are well-suited for the environment and accurately represent their seasonal characteristics, including foliage colour and texture. Ultimately, the goal is to effectively communicate the diverse tree placements and capture the beauty of each season within the sections
