Nano4-furniture® Invisible sealing , waterproofing and easy to clean for heavy textiles Nano4-Furniture® is a water based Nanotechnology product. After applying the product and upon completion of the curing process (24 hours), a thin layer of SiO2 (silicon Dioxide) seals the protected area so no foreign liquid or oily substance can penetrate the fabric or textile, reducing the chance of permanent staining. Humidity, water, coffee, ketchup, wine, coffee, oil, syrup, sauces, and other hot or cold liquids are easily removed from the fabric or textile when it’s protected with Nano4-Furniture®. All accidental spills are simply blotted up and removed with a dry or slightly damp cloth and the fabric goes back to its original state as if nothing had happened. Duration of protection For fabrics washed regularly, the protection may last between 20 to 30 washes. You can re-apply Nano4-Furniture® to the fabrics to obtain the same results.

Consumption The amount of product needed each time depends on the method of application and the porous of the surface. In any case the cuncumption will be between 30ml/m2 and 200ml/m2. This means that 1 liter can cover the surface of 5m2 to 33m2. We recommend to test each type of surface first to determine the absorption of the surface. An easy test to calculate the absobtion of the surface is to wet 1m2 of the surface by using normal water. By this way you can see what is the exactly consumption for each surface.

How to use the product Surface preparation 1. Before using the product clean the surface very well with traditional methods and rinse with water. 2. The treatment of the target surface should be carried out under ambient conditions. Use only on room tempered surfaces (between 10º C and 40º C). Methods: 1. Apply liberally with a clean paper, linen or microfiber cloth using circular motions. 2. An application time of 15-20 minutes is recommended for optimum effect. 3. Remove the white residue with a polishing machine. We recommend high speed and surface pressure. The polishing pad may need to be changed if it was contaminated too much by the residue. This SiO2 coating is fully integrated and cured after 24 hours. The easy to-clean effect can be tested for the first time after this curing phase.

Duration of protection The protection life of surfaces applied with CSC4-CarProtect® lasts up to 8 years provided that the application has been made in accordance with the instructions.
