Process of PC/CNT composites Resin + Additives
CNTs
• Twin screw extruder : L/D = 44 • Extrusion Condition - Temp.= 280℃, Screw RPM = 300 , Through output = 40 • Injection Condition
- Mold temp. = 80℃, Injection temp. = 280℃ - Maximum Injection Pressure = 40-60 Mpa - Injection Speed = 5-30 mm/sec, Back Pressure = 10-20 kgf/cm2 * It depends on the spec. of machines. 4
