The Century Theatre will be hosting short movies as well as the Hawke’s Bay Soul Choir with their ‘vocal lounge’ a pub choir format, a fun activity that involves the audience!

Napier borough is turning 150 this year. As part of the celebrations, Tūrama Productions in collaboration with Napier City Council, invite you to discover Napier in a whole new light. While enjoying Nuit Blanche walk the ‘Heritage Trail of Light’ and be inspired and educated by the illuminated installations showcasing our city’s architecture and history.

What’s on:

• Projections on MTG Hawke’s Bay building (Herschell Street side).

• Imagery of the Masonic Hotel post fire / postearthquake projected on Tennyson Street side.

• Imagery on balcony of Masonic (Herschell Street side).

• Lightboxes based on Toi Māori elements of the ASB bank plus information board.

For one night only Napier’s arts quarter will come alive to play host to Nuit Blanche –Art After Dark.

Experience the city in a different way, at night, through the lens of the arts, and enjoy it with the whole family. Grab a drink or bite to eat from local bars, cafes or restaurants and food trucks.
